There is actually 2 in Utah 1 in ks, 2 in Texas,1 in Colorado. Been watching them for a few months A few weeks ago one was in Canada before it went northeast to Labrador Sea area. I wouldn’t trust reasons being weather???? Imo

Balloon is from the Chinese spaying on American’s and some of those have microphones on them.
