- Jak & Daxter mods just keep getting better. The Forgotten Lands expansion received an update that adds in Crescent Top & Energy Bay which are the best custom created levels the game has seen so far!

Same....I bought PS2 and Jak and Daxter game together. Unfortunately, never played it until I was grown up. I hated the game as a child for some reason

Jak 3 is my favorite game, over all.
But I think when it comes to gameplay and armosphere, no Jak game beats Jak and Daxter. Seeing this is making my frosted flakes turn to solid rocks from how GORGEOUS this looks!
I first played Jak and Daxter when I was six and to get to the next area was mind blowingly fun for me- then they came out with Jak 2 and I thought I had started up a game of GTA 😂 then they came out with Jak 3 and I was like hmm 🤔 ok I kinda like this and I was so stoked for number 4 (still hopeful) and instead they released the bs that is Jak Racing. I spent so many hours playing this series and had so much love for it!
Holy sh!t this came out around 10 months ago now, and we still don't have another update I'M FEENIN I NEED MY FIX I'M LIKE A FORGOTTEN LANDS CRACKHEAD OUT HERE!!!

You know what would make this level even better? The JET-Board from Jak 2.
This is so cool. I love modding communities so much.
This mod is simply marvelous, the levels are huge, colorful and well-designed and some power cells are really impressive (especially the two rings challenges). Eternal props to Kuitar and all the modding community for creating something so majestic.
P.s: i'm sorry Jared cause i can imagine your frustration but at that moment between 24:00 and 24:10 when you fall down from the precursor robot and your rage goes from 0 to a "Balan Wonderworld" level in like 1 millisecond i have laughed so hard that i almost fell down from my chair.
The AI voices are actually impressive. You can kinda tell it’s AI but the voices sounds spot on.
Also the level itself is amazing too. It’s so cool!
I beat this 100% last year I believe... And it was a blast ! I been on the second game and eh idk .. it's not bad? Just not the same ya know
We know and it hurts what happend in Jak 2(at least it hurts me what happend with the Serie after the first game)
I just wished there was a similiar project for the first Ratchet and Clank game. Custom levels for that game would be insane!

i started fiending for jak and daxter a couple of weeks ago. i went and put him into smash brothers and even tweaked what the original mod creator made so it looked better. Fox with all yellow effects and no blaster.

I remember I played this game in my late teens. What an amazing game! I still have my ps2 and the disk and nostalgia hits me very hard when I watch these videos.
It Would be awesome if someone restored Yosemite
The creativity these modders have to make this is beyond insane. They did better than the original developers 👀
Cool! This is really impressive.
I hope thedev will have time to polish the already existing areas as well though. Not complaining about what we already gotten or anything, but it does kind of look like a mish-mash of assets from the rest of the game.
Oh and the story here obviously is to get your own precursor robot which Keira will get up and running, and then make the last boss into a mecha-battle!
