I have a coffee and sausage McMuffin almost every day for ten years or longer. I cook my own eggs and bring them and save about $2.50 every day! And this guy is never far from my thoughts. I am 60 now. It was probably micro plastics in his cells that made the cancer. But I am no professional so I only speculate. I can only wish him well on his journey and thank him because, he probably saved someone's life. They saw his film and changed their diet. He tried to leave behind a better world. Nothing beats Chic Fil A waffle fries though. McDonald's fries used to be great, but they changed and are mid now.

I'm sure nobody would blame a vegan diet. That was his method of "purifying" his body after the 28 days of fast food. Let's avoid talking about the Warburg effect, cancer and carbohydrates.

He died? 😮 First heard of Morgan Spurlock in my first year of college back in 2005. My colleagues and I began to rethink ourselves about McDonalds after seeing that documentary of his.
Since then, I’ve undergone a personal health change in the last year alone. I was 214 lbs in 2023, but then in 2024. I lost 28 lbs in a year with daily jogging an hour a day five days a week. 🏃
I won’t go back to those old habits again. Thanks for sharing your experience, Spurlock man. Peace. You’re one of my influences in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

He was a closet alcoholic for years. He was heavily drinking while recording the supersize me documentary. He blamed the heath problems at McDonald’s but truth is fast food to don’t cause liver damages like he did.

Of *course* fast food is bad for your health. So is alcohol, which be drank copious amounts of. His alcoholism skewed the results of his “experiment” for personal gain. The guy was a fraud.
