I can't wait for your vids man! Your personality, educated influence on crappie, and family values on fishing are second to none! Thank you for sharing the love and passion for fishing!
CH, very sorry for your loss. Hunting and Fishing buddies hard to lose, and replace. Just came back to your channel, after getting some (not Pan Sized)crappies while Trout fishing, here in NJ. Best to you and yours. Hope to make our "family " better.
I used to constantly twitch my jig on the retrieve. After watching you and richard gene i now use a slow steady retrieve. What a difference in the amount if bites i get. Thanks brother.
Straight to the point video. Great. In my lake I usually catch LMB and on occasion I catch crappie. I am going to try your technique because I usually twitch and bounce my crappie lures.
Salute my brotha thank you for the crappie tips I appreciate you keep the video’s coming. My deepest condolences to the Perry family. 💐🙏🏾 RIP Mr. Perry🙏🏾
Hey man been watching your fishing videos, and had a quick question. For really early spring on the east coast (South Carolina to be exact) when it’s still kind of cold, and the water temp hasn’t risen too high yet, what is the best type of jig to use from the bank with a weighted bobber? I typically use a 1/16th or 1/32nd of an oz. Jig head, and usually a curly tail swim jig, but some of the other guys CONSTANTLY catch fish, and I can’t even seem to get a bite. What am I doing wrong???
Hopefully I can see you sometime. I also have my own fishing channel and the name is similar to yours it’s Crappie Man TV. It is crazy how my mother saw you today
Wow soon as i foubd ur channel was going to wait till i can buy my dad a crappie box n sad to hear Mr. Perry passed away i hope i can get a box for my dad n myself one.
I would not eat fish out of a neighborhood pond like this where the grounds are well kept because nine times out of 10 they're going to fertilize the grass and that will fall in the water. And I have accidentally not knowing eaten fish from a pond that has been fertilized over time and the fish are horrible not to mention most likely not safe to eat. If the pond has a inflow and a outflow for water to move through it and the banks are not manicured I would have no problem eating out of that pond.
Never tried the slow retrieve on crappie I know it's worked for me on bass before but for my wrists that method eases on the carpal a bit lol I'll let you know if it works might go this morning and try it out
Please tell me where you get those glasses from. My fiance said, If you find out she will purchase them for me. Please I want them. They are awesome on you.

Wat temp is da best to go fishing for crappie
Ok so the if you want to step you game up change your game, from going fishing to going catching. you got to use moonshine crappie jigs, is that it?
There's a lot of baits to choose from That will catch you fish. I trust the durability of moonshine crappie jigs.

Question, do you eat anything out of ponds like this ? I know they sometimes put chemicals in the water to make it look nice. Just inquiring?
I would not eat fish out of a neighborhood pond like this where the grounds are well kept because nine times out of 10 they're going to fertilize the grass and that will fall in the water. And I have accidentally not knowing eaten fish from a pond that has been fertilized over time and the fish are horrible not to mention most likely not safe to eat. Yeah you gotta keep moving until you find em, especially when theirs no visible structure. When you find em, get em 🐟🎣.
Never tried the slow retrieve on crappie I know it's worked for me on bass before but for my wrists that method eases on the carpal a bit lol I'll let you know if it works might go this morning and try it out
