What color and part number is the torque spring? violet？Blue？
I have a Aprilia sr50r and wondering if I need to change the belt if I keep the original clutch with the multivar variator?
Your belt is probably busted by now... forgot to mill the crankcase?
Not required on this engine according to the malossi instructions. Couple thousands KMS same belt is still perfect, no rub marks👌

Did you forget to put the starter driver back in, its on the deck.
I deliberately left it out, that pinion is for the electric start only which no longer works with the over range transmission due to the Malossi outer pulley having no teeth to engage it.
