Put the mushroom in a sterile jar put lid on, put in dark cool cupboard, forget about it for 4 weeks, use the green liquid on the point of pain

My research has led me to find that crushing dried 5-6 grams (or an amount you might find in a full sized tea bag) of the amanita muscaria, put in 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup lemon juice, and simmered for 30-40 minutes produces a tea with no toxicity, but does have therapeutic properties, er uh, cough cough.
Not recommended for human consumption, er uh cough cough.

Thank you for sharing this information and helping people stay safe with the mumukhor~always respect her as medicine, not food, however she does taste pretty good.My elders(North America/Native Americans) taught me to use this beautiful medicine when I was a teenager.I’ve been using it to treat depression and Lyme’s disease symptoms for many years now and it’s really helped me. I didn’t know it could be used for sciatica!thank you for sharing!❤🌊🦅🍄

I made a very large batch around 5-10x the vol of this recipe during the pandemic. I hope it’s still good. My partner who has had severe sciatica can attest to its efficacy. It keeps it at bay for approx 6months at a time. We use more than a few drops though but his is severe resulting from a historical injury serving in the forces. I am happy to help anyone search for these. I would say coniferous forests are your best bet as they form a Mycorrhizal relationship between the spruce & birch.

Hi there, yes I have tried this. Thankfully I don't suffer from sciatica but the remedy seems to work on nerve pain. It doesn't seem to do anything for muscle pain. I know people that swear by it for sciatica!

    • @liveandgrow

Sorry to hear you’re suffering with arthritis. In my personal experience Amanita Muscaria is effective with nerve pain but hasn’t had any benefits with muscular pain, so I’m not sure if it would help with arthritis joint pain. In addition the method of application you’ve described is not one I’m familiar with. Hope you find some relief!
