Both projects are supported by the Project Advisory Committee comprising representatives from the NPC, MoF, MoPE, MoFALD, NARC, DoA, DoI, DHM, CDKN, CCAFS and LI-BIRD under the leadership of MoAD.

I think Plastic pond , Plastic tunnel are helpful for agriculture production however these are not climate smart agricultural practices. Plastic use ultimately promotes GHG emission. Alternate should be used. Just my opinion.

so true, climate resilient agriculture tech are rising thesedays as this is being promoted in almost all countries, and without including any way-out to recycling these products, and multiple/multi-cycle uses of plastic in agri. safe disposals of plastic in agriculture are the most urged things nowadays.
