We lived through that last year here in Lake Charles Louisiana with hurricane Laura, then hurricane Delta a few weeks later.. Things are mostly back to normal but there is still a lot of rebuilding going on. Its hard to live in the aftermath of such a terrible hurricane but it makes a community stronger and closer. My prayers are with all those who experienced hurricane Ida. God bless

This was such a beautiful and wise video, I decided to save it! So many people need to have John's mindset. Don't depend on the government to help. Help your community. Help each other. A community can return to normal faster if they help themselves instead of waiting on the government; and it's cheaper (as far as the government spending tax dollars to help those who don't want to help themselves). In times of natural disasters, green energy often fails; but the MSM hardly ever wants to report that. Solar and wind powered devices won't work when it's cloudy and there is no wind. Gas and nuclear are the only reliable sources of energy.
I’m in northern Lafourche Parish and thankfully my immediate area isn’t destroyed. There is plenty damage but most homes are livable. Surrounding areas a few miles away are torn apart.105 degree heat index and many have no power, running water or food/ice. It’s hard on everyone down here but the elderly population especially. Linemen are working so very hard to restore power and we are beyond thankful for them!!!
I certainly hope he and wife stay safe. Indeed that parish is lucky to have him there to help bring attention to dangers still faced in aftermath; along with all the other families pulling together and pooling resources to help others. Hope the Convoy of Hope group find them with more aid.

.. all day, I listen to talk News from All over the world. Today I heard one station in Louisiana mention the damage, and they went right back to yammering about covidiocy hysteria and vaccines.
My front yard was flooded after we get hit by the storms that came out of hurricane Ida in Indiana but we know what to do about mold here it because Indiana is a semi tropical state meaning mild falls and springs hot summers and cold Winters we get temperatures from 100° f to below 32 degrees Fahrenheit and any type of wather can help

The government is busy taking care of the Taliban. I heard they are sending another billion dollars to help the Taliban and others in Afghanistan.
