This build is absolutely PHENOMENAL. As a diehard SpongeBob fan, this made me happy to see Lego and one of my favorite shows come together to make a truly awesome custom MOC. My favorite SB episode is definitely “Krusty Krab Training Video.” It’s sad that lego lost the license and the theme is slowly fading and dying away.. I would love to see its return! Especially now because of all the new parts that have come out and all the glorious sets they could make…
I feel like lego should 100% have a ultimate collector set that is super accurate to the show of the Krusty krab with all the figures we've already gotten and maybe some new ones would make it even better but hey its just a thought
Even though I loved the original Lego SpongeBob sets growing up and collected them all like the original Krusty Krab, this Krusty Krab is even better. We can tell through your passion that you're a true fan of the show. But let's be honest, the original cursed Squidward minifig with the regular head will always be a masterpiece compared to the newer head mold.
@@bradsbrickpost I don't know if it counts as cheating, but maybe just build the interior of the tree dome and put a clear plastic or glass mixing bowl over it? The little entrance/air lock, if built separately and placed next to the bowl, should appear to be part of the structure if viewed from any angle other than directly sideways.
This looks really good! 😃 It feels more like a more detailed play set, everything looks amazing and I love the shape of the building. Only thing that bothered me was the window to the kitchen being on the wrong side of the register, but again great Moc and video!🤩
Would love to see flying Dutchman's ship complete with its own perfume department. That was probably my favorite episode as a kid. More realistically though, any one of the main character's houses would be sweet

THIS IS SO GOOD! Love this build so much and i think it’s pretty accurate, you payed so much attention to details that other people would consider unnecessary but it makes it unique and special, this video is precious and i would love to see a chum bucket custom too

This looks really good for the scale. You did an amazing job of recreating every part of the restaurant so that it still looks so much like how it does in the show. Truthfully I think Mr krabs office looks great, there's so many official sets that don't look nearly this close to their source material
If you would have asked me 2 years ago I would have agreed with you, but anymore with how expensive Lego is going with so many of their sets, and with how big some of them are, I wouldn't be surprised if they actually did one even bigger than this. Given I don't ever think they will make one the size of The LEGO ideas suggestion, because it is just out of control huge. But I could see them going just a bit bigger than mine. However, if they went with the size of mine, I think the vast majority of fans would be happily content, myself included, and I would prefer one the size of mine rather than one any bigger.
I'm still sad they denied that build, but are making two lego ideas green hill zones that are almost identical. I guarantee if they didn't deny the Krusty Krab it would've been one of the best selling lego ideas sets of all time... same with the mystery machine.
This is genuinely the only Lego set I need. I LOVE this moc, my all time favorite themes is Lego SpongeBob and this is so so insanely cool!! I think Lego should make a display set for something like Sandy’s dome, or rock bottom, but I would just love for remakes of sets like SpongeBob house and the chum bucket/Krusty Krab. Another set that could be cool is the mermaid man and barnacle boy cave, would be really cool to see the hero characters and the superhero versions of the main characters
I think the well from the episode wishing you well would be cool. You could elevate the platform and make a bunch of caves under the well. It would be a challenge though

Everyone is bringing up Sandy's tree dome! It would be really difficult getting enough translucent clear pieces to make the round shape look good.

i made my own krusty krab once but it wasn't nearly as detailed as this one. maybe one day i will rebuild it once i get more pieces.
