For anyone wondering, the reason why the LEGO Ideas sets are being shut down is because the rights to the SpongeBob theme don’t belong to LEGO anymore, meaning making any sets that bear any resemblance to, or have any logos or symbols from the show without the licensing rights would be illegal.

Not the reason. Lego has got the rights from other companies before when making Lego Ideas sets. Things like Sonic, The Office, Fender and Yellow Submarine were with other companies before Lego did their version. Plus it's included on Lego Ideas as an acceptable IP. If it was "illegal" for them to make them as you claim, they wouldn't include it on there. Like Star Trek isn't an allowed IP

Please make the chum bucket. The original set is in my opinion the worst one (structure wise) out of all of them. Also I wish that the lego sets featured core fish characters (besides the main characters) since the 2 fish figures: the bus driver and the ice cream vendor are literally the same fish but with diffrent colors, and I do mean the same character, but with diffrent skin tones.
