There are so many Three Houses ships missing from this video...But since I don't know any of the other FE games, I would imagine that there are a bunch missing from those too.
The only major one I saw missing was Petra/Dorothea which is on the level of Hilda/Marianne.

Funny story about my strange connection to Azurrin: I got the game when it released(First game I ever pre-ordered, got all 3 routes), and I went in the order of Birthright, Conquest, then Revelation. All throughout the first 2, I was convinced that Azurrin was meant to be the canon pairing, and so I kept them paired.
Fast-forward to playing Revelation Chapter 24, beat the chapter and I get the reveal. I legitimately closed the game, set it aside, and had a slight existential crisis about what I'd just done, to the point of genuinely considering restarting the game so I could pair them differently.
Sheer laziness led me to keeping the pairing, and I still pair them out of pure unadulterated habit.
