In regards to arenas or separate locales for the elder dragons and monster with equivalent threat level I personally wouldn't mind seeing them in the open world map. Imagine this - you get to a certain part of the map which triggers an an event. Big earthquake happens, you see a sand ship(similar to in MH4U) in the distance and BOOM Dah'ran Mohran submerges from the sea of sand causing dust/sand tornados and sink holes, actual calamities and yeah you have an epic hunt with a monster that compliments the locale or this could be done with Akantor where the sand melts into lava and theres fire tornados again just seeing an actual calamity and experiencing it and surviving through it. It would also be cool where in an open map for example you've got a castle which is a trek to get to but theres guaranteed rare materials which make it worth the trek, within the castle you got the area to do a hunt and the elder dragons can switch up. You would know if Malzeno is up at the castle becasue you can see little red flickers in the sky or strong winds for Kushala and so on this could be changed daily. Personally i wana see new monster even if they are sub-species for example a Malfestio sub-species which is more focused on wind element attacks (we need more than just Kushala and Paolum). I wana see see a map similar to guding lands but on a bigger scale. Anyways back to the main point, Monsters I would like to see back. Monoblos because Diablos been used too many times, Nerscylla and its sub-species becasue they had the best poison and sleep weapons EVER imo. Tigerstripe Zamtrios (alot of desert Monsters lol). I want Gogmazios even a Loa shan lung I wnat to see turf wars with the bigger threat levels. 100% agree they need more snake wyvern a yes for both Nararala and Dalamadur. Seltas queen and selas would be cool. Too much to say lol not enough time this just my first thoughts after watching your vid.
@@nabbykat6033 for elder dragons I agree but those that are abit too big or have too many mechanics I think we’d need some sort of area that isn’t typically inhabited by small and other large monsters, like Gaismagorm in Sunbreak, couldn’t just have him in the citadel etc. I like that with Dahran Mohren would be sick, with him or other big monsters. According ot their last investor Q&A, they refuse to rush it for the holidays but assured them that it would be out by the end of their fiscal year. For Capcom the fiscal year ends in March so that gives us a window of about 3 months. That is assuming all goes as planned but there's no real reason for it not to. A shame they spent the next 3 flagships ripping off nergi's mechanic. I love those 3 monsters, don't ge me wrong, but they didn't all have to be flagships and certainly not back to back flagships. They could do something for jho with the wounds. My idea for that is not the same as doshaguma but like he's easier to wound so they can happen sooner and more frequently but each one does less damage. The thing with jho is that his flesh is one of the weakest in the lore, he gets scars from small monsters but his vitality is so insane that he keeps coming at you as long as he has enough food he doesn't care how much you wound him. It would have synergy with weapons that get other utility form breaking wounds, like the LS's thing of spirit levels gained form the amount of wounds broken, if he makes more of them throughout the fight than most with the trade off of less damage per wound pop. Map size was the only reason akantor wasn't in World, in early elders recess concept art he was roaming around. If that made it in, we'd have had ukanlos in Iceborne for a reworked hoarfrost reach too. Wilds maps are twice the size so maybe they'll revisit the idea of having those 2 in normal maps, like how elders can show up on normal maps. Again, with the maps being twice the size gammoth should fit. Her not fitting in the zones and hallways between them is why she wasn't in 5th gen. That's the only reason. Loved acidic glavenus, I can't wait for the other 3 to get subspecies. No, violet doesn't count. Zamtrios is such a fun and quirky fight, he'd also fit really well in Wilds. Imagine him getting attacked by a pack of monsters and they get him in his balloon fase so the yare trying to bite him and pop it as he tries to squash them and get them off of him. Also imagine zamites or giggies doing the same sort of thing, all latching onto a large monster like gammoth and trying to drink her blood. Bonus points for the giggies because htey also poison when they have enough blood they they'd jump off and spit poison on her or other monsters. We haven't seen zamtrios for a while but we haven't seen gigginox for generation longer, so I want both of them. Justice for duramboros. Imagine him spinning, knocking down trees as part of his attacks so you not only have dodge his tail but also the trees he's knocking over. Malfestio should return. My hope is that there will also be a new monster with his confusion status. Pair it with something other than sleep, something that punishes your for being hit like blast or Rise's version of bleed. That way there's a status that make you easier to hit and another one that makes that hit more punishing. there was old concept art for rathalos that had text with it that implied that he had a rival that was like a hawk monster, like maybe an actual bird. Yes, if balahara and lagi will work, there's no reason not to have najarala and a new snake wyvern too. I would also love to see tidal najarala in the expansion. They could make a new gorilla with herds. That would be fun. I also wouldn't mind anotehr ketcha watcha/bishaten style chimp. Imagine an amped up/reworked oroshi kirin, go nuts with the amount of ice pillars he can make, enough to make Dracula blush, and you could give him a pin of making ice spikes on the hunter's position and the pin is you being impaled on a spike. If they do this, he'd be nothing like velkhana. Always for more namielle lol. Hopefully they fix the bits on sticks issue of most of the weapons. Gogmazios is my top pick for final title update boss of the expansion. I would hate it if they just did fatalis again or him but one of his variants. That would be a waste. Dalamadur is another candidate for the final title update fight for master rank. Gog and dalamdur are likely to still be in their own areas/arenas. The fight is not an argument, pre 5th gen fatalis was worse but they fixed him. Dire could work with reworks but it's the least likely. @@Shilobotomized my issue is they’re overhauling a bunch of old monsters while so far I’ve only see a couple new ones. I don’t know nor care about the masses but I won’t be buying this game unless there’s at least 15-20 new monsters. Making a “new game to being about maybe 5-10 new monsters isn’t something I’m gonna jive with. But to each their own. It would possibly be different if the specs weren’t so heavy it required me along side others to basically purchase a brand new pc (which I don’t have an issue doing) but for me to spend this type of money the game has to be worth it and unfortunately so far it’s not worth in the slightest
instant dislike for the annoying loud intro
@@Woltercore yeah the intro has been toned down in future videos.
