I don't know if anyone has already answered this, but to answer your question about the hexagon: when you connect the corners of the hexagon it creates "EXO" on the inside, well they don't connect the middle line fully for the "O". Other than that I believe it's just a design thing and as far as I remember a member of EXO came up with that.
At the solo dance during Monster you mentioned that Baekhyun was probably the main dancer. He is not the main dancer but the main vocalist. But since he is really good at dancing, he sometimes gets dance solos during their concerts. Kai is the main dancer and if you look really closely at the time 17:36 - 17:40 you can see that his shoe had broken during the concert.
