while in youth Academy players potential never go down. Your staff just realizes that the player is more shit than they thought at first. The youth tournaments stats are the actual potential and that won’t change unless dynamic potential kicks in.

Also, it looks like you might need to up the difficulty next season, the game will be boring if you went so easily all the time. It also reflects the new difficulty of the new league.
