  • 10 Can't miss things to eat in Bogota the best city for traditional Colombia food. In this Colombian city you'll find people from all over the country making authentic regional food. I visited La Puerta Falsa, Mercado La Perseverancia, Pasteleria Florida and Cumbia House to have some of the best food in Colombia.
You can support my work at / ayngelina where I share tips that don't make it into videos and behind the scenes content.

Rice Masato is very easy to prepare. Cook for about 20 minutes a cup of rice in 3 cups of hot water with white sugar and cinnamon. When it is cold, blend it and add the pineapple peel to ferment. You forgot a very important snack that is as popular as arepas and that is - Buñuelos - You MUST try them. I'd kill to get my hands on my childhood foods again but in the UK is almost impossible and/or very expensive

This is so true! I have written about them on my website Bacon is Magic from the last time I was in Colombia but I didn't find them that day!

I didn’t find it on the table. Well at times it was a bottled commercial brand. But I didn’t see it until the end of my trip on the coast as I do talk about that.
