Felicitaciones al guía Colombiano. Su nivel de inglés es excelente; sus conocimientos de cada una de las frutas es notable. Es amable, colaborador, experimentado. ¡ Qué descreste!
As a US citizen living in Bogota for five years I am enjoying your videos about your first experience in the wonderful city. If you need more suggestions I would love to share some.
Microbrew alley is on the Calle 45 west of the Caracas. In Teusaquillo there are many casas culturales with live music and theatre. Casa Kilele is my favorite. Taken in a show at the Teatro Gaitan, whatever it is as the theatre is spectacular, as is the Teatre Colon. Plaza la Concordia in the Candelaria has a terrace with a spectacular view. Take a walk in Sunday in Parque Bolivar. Rent bikes and ride in the Ciclivía. Most of all enjoy the wonderful city.
Recently discovered your channel and off to Colombia in January. Loving your down to earth and raw style. You guys are natural on camera too. Thanks for the content 👌
Soy antioqueño y me encanta que le vean el lado a bonito a bogota y lo aprecien. Todas las ciudades de colombia tienen sus problemas, pero tambien tienen su encanto y uno debe mirar siempre lo positivo
The best video I've ever seen from Paloquemao Market and one the best videos from Bogota. Victor was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and accurate and his English was perfect. I also loved the video from Monserrate. Keep up the great work!
Wow, thank you for making our day Juan 🙏 Victor was so knowledgeable and fun to be around! He really made it such an extraordinary experience! Really appreciate the compliments and motivation!
Yummm all of this fruit looks so delicious!! And my mouth is watering just looking at those tacos at the end. Ughhhh you're getting us so pumped to visit Colombia!!
Colombia has a great variety of fruit, but just as it has a great variety, you have to keep in mind that within that variety there are also many poisonous fruits that, if you eat them, you won't wake up alive the next day.
Excellent video, and tour - thanks! I had no idea the wide variety of fruit in Columbia. Definitely will start looking at Columbia, and tour from Victor!!
Instant classic video! We could have used this video 10 months ago. Josee and I had a different approach, we went to the market and purchased a bunch of fruits we had never seen before. Then we shot a video trying each for the first time. Fortunately, we didn't buy any of the toxic fruits. We discovered new favorites, and several others we never want to try again 😂. Looks like you have a great day. Cheers!
Felicitaciones al guía colombiano. Excelente inglés y conocimiento preciso de lo que habla. Amable, colaborador y experimentado. ¡ Qué descreste!. Greetings.
Wow how awesome is that, the friut you guys got to try out was beyond fantastic, Vic is such a fantastic guide and incredibly knowledgeable.. my personllay is the custard apple, it has a truly unique flavor profile taste.. I love baking a cake with it along with extra normal apple.. ps Tommy's laugh made me laugh, thank you for the smiles
Hello Sammy and Tommy , it’s my first time watching your videos and I have to confess that you both guys make my day and my mouth watering 😅tasting that kind of variety of fruits. I love the way you show in front of camera … very natural and respectful with the environment. Victor seems like a very kind and knowledgeable guy about fruits & Colombian culture . Thank you for sharing this unforgettable adventure in my charming country !❤ Big hugs from a Colombian in London, UK.

Make sure to take the Turistren (I posted like 5 times and the post got deleted). Only runs Sat and Sun. It will be the most amazing experience in Bogota. I cannot post the link here as post will get deleted.
Sammy and Tommy... I almost forgot. For the weekend make sure to experience the night life on Bogotá and get immersed in the culture I recommend this VERY popular tourist destination called "Andres Carne de Res" and order "Lomo al trapo" and lulada... make sure to try local desserts too... Also there is a great place called "Gaira Cafe Cumbia" that is owned by our most famous vallenato and symbol of our culture Carlos Vives.... just make sure to ask for prices as it can get pricey in these popular destinations.. But you must experience the music and dancing that is so dear to our culture... Another popular area is Parque de la 93 and if you go to Medellin make sure to go to El Poblado and eat a real Bandeja Paisa which is local to that area... . I can tell that this would probably be the highlight of your experience...
@@SammyandTommy These 2 spots are really worth it... you will have a great time... its not your typical night spot.... In Gaira is like a concert with dinner.... (from what I remember).... The music from Colombia is Wonderful... did you watch ENCANTO the Disney movie? It ranked as best Disney album of all time... the music is very important to experience in Colombia
We are doing one of these in Medellin! so cool to watch this and getting us excited to try some of these fruit too!! Great job, thanks for all the info! :)

I really sorry you had been scamed by an "expert" in fruits. Colombian people dont eat these fruits RAW because they are so sour or biter. Maracuyá (passion fruit) is prepared in juice, with sugar or Honey; Curuba (banana passion fruit) Is also prepared in juice, without seeds, with milk and Honey.. Tómate de Árbol needs to be boiled, removed the Shell and blended as a juice, with sugar, or prepared as a dessert. Guanaba has a much better taste in juice with milk ,delicious; in the sane way, Mora (Blackberry) in juice with milk Is amazing. It Is so disgusting see people tasting fruits in that way. Uggs!!!
