In my opinion Fremantle lost the final four games because we lost pivotal players from the backline and the forward line especially Pearce and our most dangerous full forward Treacy and while we had the return of Brennan Cox and Darcy who were not yet fully game fit.

    IMO forget about Bolton
Go after Owies, get him cheap. Use our 2 First Round Picks this year, Trade the other one for next year, to load up for Chad Warner

I have a lot of faith in the club's decisions these days, they have come a long way with their trade targets and decisions. As nice as it would be to land Warner I feel like Bolton is a more required target presently with the growth of Johnson and Erasmus especially. Owies would be a waste of time even if it were a cheaper get, he is quite inconsistent as far as I have witnessed.

@@simonfarmer4005 He kicked 33 goals this year
Walters IMO isn't even in the best 22 & Freo need a Small Forward yesterday

Yeah 33 goals isn't bad but when you play with one of the best midfields in the competition and underneath two of the best key forwards that is kind of expected..
Michael Walters is a legend of our club, one of the best set shots, provides invaluable leadership and morale to our young forward group which can not be underestimated..
Older small forwards always look bad and cop the brunt of criticism when the mid-forward connection is developing or waning.

Bolton has the athleticism and speed of a small forward with the height and IQ of a very decent midfielder, I'd really like to see him play for us next year if the deal can be done.
Cooper Simpson will develop quite well, we have a lot of talented youngsters, it's a tricky decision for the club but as I said I have a lot of faith in the direction they have taken trades in recent years..
Everyone wants to talk about who we have lost but if you look at what we have gained it's incredible really.
Just have to be patient. We all want to win that first Premiership, I don't think Owies is on that path for us but I could be wrong mate

I'm happy to get Bolton but not a price more than what the club has put forward

I'm starting to think a panel in the AFL should handle out of contract player trades. The time spent by delusional club list managers is a waste of time and money. This leprechaun loves the media.
