    LOL I lose the axels all the time, love how easy it is to repair. Panting them is a genius idea!

    Paint works,also it is sometimes possible to slip over a section of heatshrink tubing of a bright colour, and then shrink it-won't wear off and stays forever,and easily found. By the way the car appears to be sold as a "Redcat" in the US but is in fact made by HSP-very many parts and upgrades can be found on aliexpress for these cars. I have built 2 complete cars from parts I ordered there, that way I could mix and match to use the best upgrades to make the rally cars I wanted. For example a thicker alloy chassis-less flex,more strength and more weight low for better handling, just to name one thing, but long stroke shocks and alloy shock towers, the list is pretty much endless, to make the car you want,road,drift or rally.

    Actually pretty clever! I've heard some full size rally teams actually paint their suspension components in bright colors, like yellow on one side and orange on the other, so they can immediately find them and tell what side they fell off of.

      Thanks! It has come in handy several times now especially as I race this car in an indoor carpet breakout series and the carpet is black

    hello need some help- i just bought a car chassis similar to this one featured in your video- i have a question - all my HPI and traxxas bpdies the tires stick out a bit is this because the redcat chassis is wider than the others- i keep seeing videos and i dont see the issue i am having with fitment- again my chassis may be an older one - if you have any info please advise thanks- great tip by the way

    • @invertedadventuresrc
      @invertedadventuresrc  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That probably comes down to the chassis size. There’s 2 main sizes 190mm and 200mm and that refers to the width. You may be trying to put a 190mm body on a 200mm chassis

    Subscribed. Just purchased the blue one a couple of days ago. I plan on getting some on road tires for it soon. What are those that you have on yours? I'll be watching.

      First off, thanks for subscribing! Second, these gold ones are actually just cheap $12 ones off eBay. There are plenty of really cheap options in there.

    I had one of these cars years ago. I could not for the life of me get it to go straight. Is that a common problem with these or did I just have a dud?

    • @invertedadventuresrc
      @invertedadventuresrc  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not that Im particularly aware of, however with the more "budget" suspension and steering setup these have it wouldnt be out of the question.
