Moving the stroke behind the fill is so simple, and yet I never thought to do it that way. Great tip!!!

Very helpful video and by far the least confusing and concise I've found. I replayed the part from Appearance pannel to moving the new stroke several times and then I got it! Thanks a lot bro. I learned a lot from this vid and can do a lot more now. Your videos are very helpful! I have subscribed. God bless you :)

Thank you very much, just what I was looking for, and it worked fine. Though I had to pause and rewind many times, because it was very fast and not every detail was explained. If it was 6 minutes long and a bit more detailed, it would be perfect for my level as a new user. But I got the job done, so I guess it's all good

I've got Illustrator CC (2017.1.0 Release) and the Cap and Corner options have moved. They're no longer under the Stroke Menu as shown at 2:25. Now you need to access them by clicking on the word "Stroke" in the Appearance Menu. A popup menu appears with those options. Other than that, I love this tutorial! Thanks!

I encounter difficulties when I want to break up the already made graphics in the way you show in the font. I would like to get several objects by cutting them in turn from the border font and subsequent strokes. Then I will give them different fillings to create unusual graphics. I also have an idea to make graphics consisting of several patterned fillings and add them or subtract them from each other.
Tell us what commands to use to manipulate them.
