It is the Mistlock Sanctuary, a place only accessible by buying the corresponding passkey on the bltc. It is one of the lounges which function in the same way.

its just buying skins with gold at reduced price bro... 1 set is minimum 200 gold for every skin and for that get 7 tickets wow
You spend that 200,you get a set of skins for yourself, spend the free 7 tickets on some other skins, hold on to them until they increase their ticket price and then sell them for way more than 200
You better grab the dokkaebi set as soon as possible because the prices are now skyrocketing. I secured mine for around 320g in total😅
