  • Today I am sharing what I eat on a typical weekday. I went spinning this day and so these recipes are good for after exercising too :)

    SALAD INGREDIENTS:
    avocado
    halloumi - fry in honey
    hazelnuts
    cos lettuce
    rocket
    Sauce:
    mayo
    tomato puree
    olive oil
    lemon juice
    Coleslaw:
    red cabbage
    white cabbage
    creme fraiche
    sriracha
    lemon juice
    salt & pepper
    DINNER INGREDIENTS:
    salmon
    creme faiche
    broccoli
    veg stock
    water
    pasta

    Hey Kerry, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good morning love this What I eat in a day video. So happy and motivated I liked all the breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening dessert ideas as well. My favourite what my family eat in day ideas was the Honey glazed halloumi and avocado salad looks amazing especially when it’s summer. I love nuts too. My favourite nuts are pistachios, almonds, cashews and pecans too. I like water and Turkish tea, I love butter, honey or jam on toast! I had pomegranate seeds, cheese borek with black sesame seeds, blueberry and custard danish, lemon drizzle cake and latte, chocolate Lindt egg, chocolate chip shortbread biscuit, sweet potato and parsnip soup and blueberries as well. I had soup, rice, chicken and meatballs, water, tea and cookies. Stuffed peppers with yoghurt I had salad and plus Baklava. Fruit jam on a doughnut as well. I love drinking water. I exercise once or twice a week using body team project workouts or I go to the gym. I feel so much better and energetic as well. Plus I do go up on steps like that! The pasta, broccoli and salmon with Parmesan cheese looks delicious and scrumptious too. I love having ice creams, desserts, chocolate and biscuits as well. When I also workout it encourages me to drink water. I love this style of what my family eat in a day video because it show and give us different breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas in one video. Yes I love you to do more of these what my family eat in a day and full week what I eat in a day videos please? I love chocolates, biscuits and desserts. I love Waitrose I love ice cream and fruit, vegetables and salads. I love having lighter summer foods when it’s sunny compared with the cold weather! I love having water. I had a nut crumble cake, banana pecan cake and blueberry custard brioche, I also had chocolate muffin and blueberry muffin as well. It was so good and delicious. I love showering and bathing in the warm weather as you get hot and flustered! Can I also have your reply from you telling me what’s is the name of the new video which is coming on Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30pm from you please?     Loved this vlog. Really like the what I eat in a day Really liked the get unready with me vlog you did as well.The electrolytes powder sounds interesting I struggle with energy especially since being in my 40s and I don't drink a lot of caffeine 1 or 2 cups in morning because it upsets my stomach and just doesn't suit me .x

      I agree fuel up before with carbs and then protein up after to repair those muscles.

    Why do you have cream in your coffee, is there benefits to it?

      I used to have oat milk, but that really spikes your glucose levels and cream doesn't.. plus.. I need a lot less in my coffee to give it the creamy taste that I love! hehehe xxx
