Hi Kerry, I also suffer with chronic hayfever and it can be really miserable. I tried everything but most meds make you drowsy. Suggest you get some Fexofenadine tablets from your GP. They really work and dont make you drowsy at all. Start taking them 1st April to build up resistance and stiop 1st September. You will notice such a difference during the summer.
I’ve been experiencing peri menopause symptoms for a few months (had some about 18mths ago but they fizzled out). I’ve been to my GP m, had bloods, scans, etc & I’m just waiting to speak to my GP again regarding next steps. Actual menopause only lasts for 1 day (it’s the day after you’ve had a year of no bleeding). Hope you get some answers from your bloods.
My hayfever is dreadful at the moment I’ve got to point of wearing my glasses again I should wear them anyway but don’t like wearing them but I’m hoping it stop the pollen getting in my eyes. It’s horrible like a constants cold. Love a day in the life video x
Hi Kerry sounds like it’s the start of the dreaded M word mine started at around 42 feeling hot at night aching muscles mood swings thing to look out for is the change in your periods keep a record of them mine started getting lighter then I would have 2 in one month then would miss one the worst is the really heavy bleeding my ones use to last for 5 weeks couldn’t leave the house so just keep a note on your calendar. I’m 55 now my last period was 2 years ago so think I’m through the worst oh and anxiety is a big part and palpitations lots to look forward to lol xx
@@rachelfairs8068 if your worried or suffering with any symptoms see your GP it’s good to have support I didn’t have any just worked it out myself but we really need to get on board and talk about it. X

Hey Kerry, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening this Day in the life video. So happy I enjoyed this day in the life. The sun looks gorgeous and beautiful early in the morning and in the evening too. I love walking because it keeps my steps up also makes me motivated. The chocolate coconut coffee sounds lovely! I love having water because it helps me with my skin. I love the seaside when I’m in Turkey. I enjoy every moment of my holiday in Turkey all the time. ❤️🎊💗⭐️☀️🇹🇷🍾💛♥️🥰😀🏝️🩷🚢😘🦋😍😊🎈. My periods stopped aged 40. I had night sweats and was bloated. Try gluten free, and I stopped certain veg 🌻
