I like how on the map, locations that have been in the series before ( like china, the uk and east America) are all shown and lit up, even all the way back in the first game
Australia is just there for some random reason too. Coming 2023, Assassins Creed: Outback (Plays as steve irwin who was an assassin the whole time)
So I’ve dug a little further into that once the patch came that allowed you to revisit the inside of that temple, turns out the various dots are placed in spots that match exactly in Isu locations we visited in previous games, such as the Vatican vault or the observatory, but also Atlantis (the dot being placed on the island where the eagle bearer finds the gate to Atlantis)

I think this message is referring to modern day. After the death of Desmond. The apple and the vaults will return. Maybe it’s just a foreshadowing of where the series is going now that we have a modern day character.

thanks for uploading this I would have never known I really have to say i'm really amazed the level of detail and thought ubisoft put into Assassin's Creed Origins compared to the other Assassin's Creed games i'm really looking forward to the next hope they don't get lazy again
I remember reading a theory on r/assassinscreed that the main advantage that the Isu have over humans is a sixth sense related to 'reading' a code related to the manipulation of time that humans don't have as a result of us having double-helix DNA while the Isu have triple-helix DNA. The theory went on to say that humans can't learn to read time like the Isu did, but Layla might study how to do it in future games, so maybe this 'knowledge' that the voice in the Siwa vault is referring to is humans (or possibly just Layla) might be to obtain this sixth sense or learn to harness the skills to do so in some way.

Um to lend credit to what that theory was talking about...Laylas animus is unique compared to the previous versions of the machine. Hers allows you to slightly alter the past and see slightly different outcomes than what actually happened. It's like AC odyssey, they have the game with multiple endings vs the book which contains the actual canon for the game.

I took that last part of the message as "finally some one found and activated our technology", by The Order or Bayek, while the Isu are searching for possible futures with their machine in the past, But none of them have the Isu hybrid DNA like Altair or anyone that's part of that hybrid dna lineage, so they can't do anything with these precursor sites or Pieces of Eden, yet. idk

What I’ve noticed about the maps in each game is that they have different locations dotted in origins than AC1. There are multiple in Africa in origins, and only one in AC1 (in Egypt) This could be a retcon or maybe the vault’s map is a different item or set of locations.
I think the "The Message" was a recording of Tibia or Jupiter. From the ac revelations and ac3. As like a "message in the bottle." In a from of a kind of warning.
When you look at the map there should be a piece of Eden in Cuba. The armor in assassin's Creed 4 should be there.

The armor in AC4 wasn't a Piece of Eden, but rather a combination of several scraps of Pieces of Eden, which makes med doubt that it would show up on the map.

Spectre 3007 that was a theory but this adds more evidence to the theory that bayek is Desmond’s ancestor. It hasn’t been proven that Desmond is related to bayek yet, we’ll just have to wait for the next assassin’s Creed game to find out.

This is something little I haven't seen anyone mention in the false Oracle after bayek tells khemu to run home and bayek is confronted by the guards if you run away you can find khemu hiding near some rocks before you get knocked out
I believe he's talking to our modern day character like all other Isu. His line "we've extinguished the flames" points to him being one of the Isu that survived the Toba Catastrophe. So he wouldn't know about Juno tampering with the eye because the Capitulone triad locked themselves away during the way for their experiments. He also says "but I fear your blood is the thickest of shadows", we know Bayek's lineage comes from other Medjay and they would more than likely know with how close in the future Bayek arrives. However we don't know Layla's history, and we know her allegiance also becomes muddied during the events of Origins.

Yuwan the Isu can predict the future with remarkable accuracy. They don't need an animus at all when they already know that Alexander will come there and they know Alexander's entire lineage

ok if you have not figure it out by now, but the game is inspired in reference to real events and theories about human history. Such as the 2012 dec in an ancient mechanism. The gamecreators read ancient philosophy and history to create this game and story. Much of the things you read in the game is from todays testimony of alien abductee when they get the information about our true history that the gods where humanoid aliens that were giants, some of them where reptilians, feline, etc. Thus explaining the gods of egypt their reprensentation of what origin they must have been. In this message the message is not a secret message its a simple message stating that they were got wiped out and humanity went into ingnorance and it will take humanity probably many years to get enlighted, meaning humans will get advanced as same as they did. And if you read about the history of egypt, according to plato got this from Solon and he got it from an ancient priest from egypt about atlantis. The messenger is probably an atlantian survivor. and the more you go deep in the rabbit hole. According to emerald tablets found in egypt it is told in the similar matter as the narrator, poeticly, and with deeper understanding. That thoth is the one who built the pyramids, and he is a survivor from atlantis, and yeah he was a god. I hope they do a chinese version of assasins creed because if you read the rich culture of China is more deep and than you think. No, I tried to go back but not between Flavius and Aya, I think after Aya but it didn't open. I'd guess the maps aren't stored information, I think they detect first civ objects and locations real time, so say if an Apple is moved the map will change to the new location, a bit like the spy device on Black Flag. That will help explain how things can change since the Altaire map and any future games.

Umm part of the main quest had me meet aya at that temple. And there was a cut scene of the both of us hearing the message. I thought that message was part of the main quest
Now the question, who is the first assassins to know the existance of this first civilization "The one who came before"? As more and more Assassins creed game is release, we will know who is. In the begining, we all know only Altair. Turns out many other assassins before him, know the existance of this early human race and the Pieces of eden.

Probably one of the only major things I found wrong with this game is the lack of progression to the main back story, and back in the modern era, very disappointing and been happening too often in the last couple of games. Don’t get me wrong, vast improvement on the last few, clearly the two years were used properly and you can see the effort and thought. If the aforementioned things were included It would be up there even more for me with the best of the series.

I went right back to the temple after Flavius first went there and I got this message, so before I killed him.
Ok but even though this exists and makes references, it still doesn't add anything towards the plot or lore because we already know what the messages mean. Why would an Isu put this message in here? It does nothing towards helping the Assassins, Templars or even just Humans and Isu. No potential plots for the future, no clues just a bunch of pointless references. Now here's the thing, this would work if this was the first game to be created in the franchise, because we would have no idea what those references meant and it would be mysterious. But we do know and it doesn't take it further. It's a bunch of nothing, so you can either look at it as some cool easter egg or a pointless feature.

Just hear me out. This sounds crazy but what if you designated an Xbox for only the AC games. Play them in order and just maybe you might catch something that was originally missing from the puzzle. The AC games aren't just solo mysteries. Their the greatest Easter egg ever made. But you must play them all to find the grand answers. Some of them may be less than good games but it's all a trick to make it interesting. Technically if you think about it the beginning is the end and the end is just the beginning. 😁
