Hey Rémy! Sick riding as usual!
@@MYGiTHSE Some times, but if properly installed it's good. You have to play with it, and perhaps use something to get them not moving.
la team baguette
Steve Steve Steve!
Honza Honza Honza!
Alan! Alan! Alan!
Such an amazing rider, huge amounts of natural talent
Some of my fave MTB videos are Remy & Steve together! Some observations:
1. Freeride alpha ripper Steve learning something from Remy shows Remy's incredible skills and coaching.
2. Steve is honest with his fears and reservations.
3. It only takes 2 gnarly features for Steve to get his mojo back!
4. It's remarkable how close Remy can follow someone on such technically GNARLY terrain!
5. Remy and Steve alway makes sure to give credit to trails builders 🙌
6. Remy just might be the most "technically precise" and calculated rider on the planet.
7. Took 23 years for Remy to taste peanut butter?! WHAAT!! 🤯 lol
Ahahah good summary!
Remy is so good at following close haha! I think I'm following close on videos and look back and I'm nowhere near this.
Everything here is extremely impressive. One thing that stood out to me, is the trust and confidence you need to have in the other rider, in order to follow them so closely down such gnarly features!
Thank you
I can feel how important it is for you to be encouraging for his first ride in months after an injury. Never stop posting your content and being genuine. Much love!
Thank you!
These videos are produced and edited so well, with such high quality footage, so enjoyable to watch, and so many good comments and tips to pick up!
Thank you!
2 Gnarly riders, doing gnarly stuff. So much fun to watch and inspiring as usual. Always appreciate Remy's coaching and methodical approach.
Agreed. And it all applies equally as well to less gnarly stuff (but gnarly to me).
My favorite duo…it’s good to see Steve back on the bike 👍🏼
Steve reminds me of "Sam" (Jared Padalecki) from the tv series Supernatural..
Not to hijack a thread but can someone explain to me why the high quality rear hubs are so loud? With other ratcheting mechanisms (ratchet wrenches, revolver handguns, etc the higher quality mechanisms are typically notable for their quiet operation. High end bicycle hubs sound like a little kid stuck something in the spokes to simulate motorcycle noise :)
I really appreciate the honesty you guys bring to MTB. That you show the work you put in before each feature, and the respect you have for each other's riding style and skills, really encourages a way more healthy and safe attitude from riders in general. Thank you for being part of the solution!
Awesome seeing Steve and Remi together! Different styles of riding and approaches to the features. Great to watch! Thanks Remi as always high quality stuff!
Thank you!
Dude your chemistry with Steve is awesome and all of these chasing the gnar videos you’ve done with him are world class riding on display. And … ALL HAIL THE BUILDERS! Steve, you rock!
Pretty crazy to think this is what Steve rides to get ‘back in the game’. As a pretty decent rider myself I rode in Squamish last year and saw some of the features these guys fly down, it is really unbelievable to see in real life. Don’t see myself clearing those any time soon/ever 😅 Much respect to both of you!
I like how humble both of you are while sending stuff I’d never dream of
2 unbelivable skilled riders, a dream to watch. That Video can be 5 hours and wouldn`t be boring.
Thank you
I can only dream of pulling off this type of riding. I've been mountain biking since 1989 and it's insane to see the progression in skill and the obstacles being ridden. Amazing.
2 free ride legends! So many great tips and insights in these videos. I have been practicing Remi's braking technique for a while now, it's a game changer
Remy explains things so well. His g out explanation on drop and roll is exactly why I have highly progressive compression and super fast rebound!
Great to hear!
Love watching you guys ride together, it’s nice to have a buddy to ride with that is always on the same page as you!
Good to see Steve healthy and destroying trails again!
So solid. One of my favorite videos to date; the synergy and teamwork between the two of you is just fantastic.
Always a pleasure to watch you two mates shred together. I really like the trail analysis and the thought process that goes into approaching each feature.
Cheers, lads!
Great to see Steve back riding well, even though you tear up every obstacle your super supportive to your mates. Keep ripping Remi.
Such a good group. Absolutely sending it, both of you seem like such nice dudes just trying to help each other process. I love how methodical you both are about helping each other with run ups and strategy.
Amazing video guys.
I'll watch any video with Steve in it. I also really like how much Remy explains things too. I know he's explaining for us mostly, but he must be one of the few who can "coach" riders who are as good as Steve.
The warm up feature is beyond the pay grade of 99% of riders. Legends
99.9% 😂
Great video Remy, great to see Steve back, one of the best vid's you have done I think.... I do love seeing you guys riding together.
once again, a great tutorial and confidence booster Rémy. cheers! nice to see steve on his bike again.
Wow! What a great video! Wish the best for Steve. What a trooper. Remy, you are the man!!!
That was some sick riding, you slammed that last one pretty hard Remi, also great to see Steve back on form 🤘
When you two ride together, savagery ensues. Glad you're back in the saddle, Steve!
Solid warmup 😳😅💪 Love to watch Steve riding, gnarly technical and steep, thanks for the video!
So great to see you back, Steve. We were thinking about you this winter.
Ah thank you! Feels great to be lapping with Remy again!
Always happy to see Steve back!!!!
It's kind of unbelievable that there are trails and features built to that level. And from the lack of moss, it actually gets ridden too.
The moss is removed to be ridden. It grows back very fast though.
Great work guys! So good to see a video with Steve again!
j adore Steve un rideur avec beaucoup de potentiel .. voilà ce type de vidéos a l ancienne just perfect sur les modules
So cool how remy is helping abs pushing steve to shake the rust off after a long time off the bike
Can't wait to build up my spindrift frame, should get it in a few weeks now ! Thanks Rémy for all the great videos !
Enjoy!
Great to see Steve recovered. My "recovery ride" is Expresso on Fromme or Rupert in Squamish. Steve's "recovery ride" is a little different :)
What a rad video! I could watch you two pick apart features all day!
It’s always fun to watch your sick rides and I like your narration style with a little bit of accent.
Awesome Remi! Always good to see Steve on here too!
Always a gnar with the Vanderhoey. 👊
Rémy; "Nice little warmup" proceeds to send huge step down! 🤣
Great video Remy always good to see Steve V with you.
Awesome & inspiring riding from 2 great riders.
Riding with Steve-o, sick! 😎🤘 You guy's are just too awesome.
glad this recipe is back, I was craving some of these videos. nice long length too I can watch whilst eating my morning eggs.
Love that these always get posted in time for me to watch before work haha. Makes me wanna go riding instead though!
I've just came from work, I'm going to watch while having snack and go ride. Feel sorry for you tho.
Hope you enjoy ! This day definitely got me stoked !
If you make a video, they are absolutely the best
Greetings from Germany
rad. great to see steve back in action!
That second jump is how I feel getting 3 feet of air 😂
Honestly, refreshing take, people usually just show the finished product, it's good to hear the fears and theory.
This video was crazy! Welcome back Steve 🎉🎉
Love seeing you boys filmed by a 3rd person pro camera guy. The steeze and technique in your styles gets captured so much better 🤘🏼
Alex is awesome!
I like how you say you start off "chill" on a 20 foot gap
Great riding. Those are some massive drops. Out of my pay grade but love to see how in control you ride.
Amazing riding as always and I also really like the color grading of this video
nice to see steve riding with you again remy.yieww🤘
You guys are just simply incredible. Fun to watch but I’ll stick to green and blue trails!
Good to see ma man with all his confidence back!
Great riding et un bon caméraman avec Alex!!
out for 6 months, but steve is looking fit. happy to see him back riding.
Gym rat!
Incredible video and features! Thanks!
Great video! Nice work Remy and Steve
daaamn his landing sooooo smmoooth
It's absolutely crazy, Remy. Congrats! The drops are extremely precipitous, Dudess. Warm greetings from the "White Monument", The Special Territory of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
fantastic work everyone.
i;d like to see more of the landings in slow motion, to me that's just as much majestic as mid air slowmo.
have fun be safe everyone
Love your videos, great scenery, awesome and inspiring riding🤟🏻 it’s your videos motivating me to plan my 1st whistler & Squamish trip merci 👍
My favorite feature was the peanut butter one. :D Aeesome job of the cam crew as well. Amazin riding. I can only watch and tremble. Cheers from Innsbruck.
Aggreed. Steve is my favorite guest. Good job coming back from such a big crash... to nasty lines like those. Also, I really enjoy when you go on a road trip with Alex. He is still better than 99% of riders and I enjoy is personnality on cam. just saying
Alex is great!
Glad he’s getting his confidence back😎🤘🏼 🚴
Awesome scary features&amazing riding skills!!
By the way: I’m waiting a Remy discount code for that Ford F150?! Love it…😄
Steve is by far my favourite rider in the world (sorry Remy 😂😂). So glad to see him back from injury. What a guy!
You are too kind !!
nice to see steve is back
What precision, so cool!
Remy. Thanks for the content. Living in Van I loved riding the trails in the area you highlight but I stopped riding 12 or so years ago..self-employed and a second kid on the way. Couldn't ride less than 100percent. Watching you and your buds ride make me want to get back on. But I think I'll need to stick to BLine. Lol 🍻
Remy, the most in control out of control rider ever. So sick
Iv never seen people who discuss each feature in the way you guys do. I find it interesting. In a good way 👍🏻
Thanks! Watch my latest video
Great video as always 🔥👌 also the combo remy and steve sheesh!!🤘 all the moves remy and steve is so precisely 🌶🔥👌
Thank you
Two great ambassadors of the game and also for safety. You might not realise it , but you are helping people to tackle intimidating stuff more confidently and safely. Glad Steve has made a good recovery, top lads.
Thank you!
Remy and Steve more please.
Even before watching giving this a "BIG 👍👍". The headline says everything! These two gnarly dudes never fail🔥🔥by the way...there must be a third "gnarly dude" holding the camera. @the_frenchliner eh?!😁
Thank you!
So awesome to see Steve out there eating peanut butter.
Aaahh yes, two of my Favorite Riders🤩👍😀🚀 🎉
Love this. Some really useful technical insights provided too. Just one question. Why no full face helmets when riding such seriously big features?
I ride stuff like this daily and to me it's less dangerous than riding fast down a easy trail.
The Best part of the vídeo; when he uses gloves. Thanks dude!!!
Love Steve! He’s so chill but so dialed as well.
My favorite riders together!!❤️❤️
Delightful guys riding gnarly features and talk about it - whats not to like? 😊
On the last feature I made the effort to look at Steve's shoulders on impact at half speed and its like Remy said, they dont budge. 😅
Remy & Steve = Awesome Video!! 👍👍
Wow, you guys are nuts!
Amazing stuff Remy. Love how you explained things that your were doing. We tried the link in the description but just went to lots of shoes but my wife wants to know what shoes you are wearing in this video. She wants a pair. Lol. If you have a minute we would love to know. Thanks.
Hey I use the Fizik Gravita Tensor!
@@remymetailler thanks Remy we'll look them up. Appreciate the reply. Have a good one and keep shredding.
So sick! I wish I could have you as my mtb coach!!!
That following action on the steep section was really intense 😂
The best duo in the game
The percentage of humans on this planet that can ride these trails is very small. And mountain biking is an activity that varies so much it’s incredible. Riding to just explore & enjoy nature is what most do after years of riding you find your form of mountain biking is way way more extreme then people are thinking.
Crazy good!! Love the hub hums. 🎵🎶🚲❤😂👏🔥
I bmxed 20 years beed a while since i jumped but really enjoyed this vid , remys analytical break down was amazing.. new subz here 🎉
Dude that intro is SICK.
I just bought a big ripper. 52yo i havnt pedeled a bike in 30 years. I found your vids looking for parts reviews. Your riding is insane. I've owned a CR250 and hit the ground hard getting ejected😁. Holly shit man be careful!!! You aint going to have light crash at the pace your rolling. That said... I tip my cap to you. You have some serious tallent.👍👍
