    I’ve been doing the exercises twice a day for 10 days. I’ve noticed that my face looks thinner and my jawline definitely has more shape than before. My double chin is way smaller and it’s almost gone :)

    okay so i’m doing this and the chloe ting 2 weeks shred challenge :) corona virus quarantine things 😌
    day 1: ✅ my cheeks feel weird lol but heyyyy i did it :)
    day 2: ✅ yoooo shout out to the people who liked and replied to this! i completely forgot about this until i opened youtube! okay so i did the neck rolls while listening to Kids by Current Joys and was just vibing out lol my neck hurts though because i slept wrong.. anyways day 2 complete 🎉 oh also i’m trying to chew my food harder and longer because apparently that also helps your digestive system
    day 3: ✅ easssyyyyy, did everything while watching shameless :)
    day 4: ✅ not much to say? idk i think i should do these longer
    day 5: ✅ i almost forgot again but anyways i THINK it’s working?? my fat is slowly going away but i feel like it’s too soon.. but also keep in mind that i’ve been eating healthier and am also doing the ting challenge
    day 6: ✅ okay so like i have one more day of this and there’s still no major difference.. sooooo uhhhh idk
    day 7: ✅ definitely not a huge difference but if i continue i think i could reach my goal? thank you guys for reminding me and doing this with me! everyone is different so just because i didnt see a HUGE difference doesnt mean you wont either! keep working hard, i believe in you! and for those who are also doing the 2 week shred, YOU GOT THIS! 💜

    Day 2: Done. Feeling better.
    Day 3: Skipped.
    Day 4: Done. Not sure about any significant changes yet, got to ask someone who hasn't seen me in a while maybe. It feels good doing these exercises though.
    Day 5: I’ve done it today too. I think I’m going to stick to the exercise and will be able to say after a few weeks about any changes. But definitely you will feel you face muscles involved while doing this.

    Plus reduce the sugar intake..🌸 I've done these same methods for 6 months and drink 3.5 ltrs of water..even though I'm still fatty.. But I've completely reduced my chin fat i meant face fat..❤😃😇😍

    So I am gonna do these exercises. I will update my state every day. Let's see if i will get some good result. I am looking forward!

    Day 1: My mouth hurts a bit after the "mouthwash" and "duckface" exercises. The stretching exercises felt suprisingly good.
    Day 2: The neck stretching was really relaxing. But my mouth hurts after the duck duckface exercise and mouthwash but not that much as yesterday.
    Day 3: I did everything more properly and i feel very good.
    Day 4: done
    ...
    I seriously forgot to update it here but I kept checking it on a paper and I am in 8. day and I think it work :) but just a bit, so you should do it for longer while.

    Im just starting today and here's my update.
    Day 1- my cheeks are a bit numb, but it wont really last long. My neck feels a bit hurt, but probably bcuz i barely move it in a while.
    Day 2- the pain has left quicker than yesterday, so im gonna keep doing it until i feels more comfortable.
    Day 3- i can feel that both my cheeks are less chubby than before. Gonna keep doing it!
    Day 4- nothing much has change. But i wont give up :)
    Day 5- im getting used to this exercise (without feeling numb and hurt for a long time) still the double chin has yet to go.
    Day 6- okay just realised that the double chin has become smaller(?)

    I can’t even do the first one cuz I got my bottom braces like 3 weeks ago and since then I can’t do it😂 I could only do it with my top braces which I’ve had for 5 months

    Day 1: It's pretty tricky on the first try. I feel most of the exercise, I didn't do it right and I'm not satisfied with what I did. Well there's always room for improvement lol
    Day 2: I've done the exercise correctly. My jaw, cheeks, and neck hurts a little. Hope to see the results soon enough lol
    Sorry for the late update. I got no internet in the past two days.
    Day 3: My neck and cheeks hurts from all that exercise but nothing change much.
    Day 4: Apart from this exercise, I also have a workout and I'm on intermittent fasting. My boyfriend panicked when he notice that I've got thinner. He didn't know I'm doing all of this haha so it's kinda cute to see his reaction

    I have tried fish face and kiss the ceiling exercise and oh my God these two work wonders.. but for that u have to be very regular.. I did twice a day..

      okay so sorry for the late updates so I have been doing this for a whole two weeks now 😃 My face has become more defined 😌. My collar bone has also became more defined (which has never been the case for me so 😃). My double chin is starting to disappear and my neck is looking longer. DISCLAIMER: I have been on a diet whilst doing this so that has helped I have been doing the intermediate fasting and home workouts if you would like to know more about that (reply this and I will reply with my routine in terms of foods I ate, workouts etc). Anyway , if you wanna try it out be committed and I recommend to have a diet for faster results 🙂 hope this helped 🤍
