Great content man! I currently have a '19 350 and was thinking about a 13-14 GT500. Your vids with Matt Maran were awesome! Btw, not sure if you care or not, but I saw some crazy subscriber growth when I started working on my thumbnails and titles. If that's your goal, give it a try homie. Apparently that's how 90% of the algorithm works. Keep kicking ass man!
a rock broke my stock heat exchanger so i upgraded to the vmp and then i put an aftermarket grille on, i miss the no grille look but i cant risk that again
I just purchased a 2014 GT500 and wanted to ask you for some driving tips mainly with the clutch. It's my first stick shift and so far I'm doing well. The stock clutch and the return spring make things a bit difficult.
If you want to make your clutch engagement point feel even better, install a Steeda clutch assist spring. It's an inexpensive upgrade. You'll wish you did it sooner. Makes a huge difference.
@@liftingandshifting9086 Yes, especially for the GT 500. The clutch feel isn't linear and it makes it hard to feel the engagement point. The Steeda clutch assist spring changes all that and makes it linear. Its $24.95 at CJ Pony parts. They have a video talking about it and showing you how to do it.
I bought a 2013 GT500 with 15,000 miles on it Track package, Performance package, Recaro seats in 2016 and I could afford it as an E4 in the Navy. I sold it after getting out of the Navy, because doing yard work I could not afford it obviously, but I just bought another 2013 GT500 with 20,000 miles on it and every single option and I'm a trucker with only 10 years experience. As a trucker it is easy to afford it because I I'm over the road so I live out of the truck and I don't have a rent or mortgage. I paid off all my debt in the first 6 months then I got the car just 2 days ago. ( even as a new hire trucker, after taxes I make $1,000 a week and I get paid weekly so cars like this are well within reach because no rent) I became a trucker by going to a driving school and getting hired by Werner, who paid for my education (7,500) to get my CDL because I have a good driving record and I don't do drugs or have a criminal history. ( one car accident in the past 5 years) After a year of experience I can go work for somebody like GP Transco and I will get a 50% increase in pay (trucking companies pay a lot more once you have a year of experience) I will pay off the car in 18 months and get a house after that. You can do it too.
Thank-you!!

Something similar happened to me
Looks nice
You considering getting a different hood for it with better venting or any other type of cosmetic mods? Love the channel brother, great content.
I’ll be keeping the stock hood but I just recently did a couple cooling upgrades

Approximately how much labor does it cost for a clutch replacement?
What all did the install on the vmp heat exchanger mgw shifter run you? Thinking about going there myself to have the same done
I think it was like 2k for clutch, shifter, heat exchanger and fresh fluids. Diff, tranny etc
Did you ever have the lockout/sticky 2nd gear with your oem shifter?
Never had lockout on stock shifter
@@liftingandshifting9086 I've got that problem. I'm hoping the MGW fixes it
I did on my 2014, you won't have that problem with the MGW. The stock shifter is garbage.
@@UneroGT500 It will
What type of clutch did you go with?
McLeod rxt
How much do they charge to change a clutch?
Couple grand for everything I wanted done
