The same exact thing happend to me yesterday with a chicken egg i busted open after 24 days and it bled and moved and died 😓😓so i definitely learned something the hard way 🥺
Most incubators I've seen aren't set up for that. And I'm not sure how they would stay pointed side up while turning. When Mama bird incubates them, they are on their sides, so I'm not too worried about it. 😉

It's such a balancing act... Waiting long enough to give them a chance, but not waiting too long so they suffocate/wear out. 😕
I thought when you incubate the egg is supposed to be pointed down.pointed end.
