  • Hausa koko or spicy millet porridge is a popular Ghanaian traditional breakfast! I like to make my hausa koko dought or spicy millet dough in bulk.
    Once you make your spicy millet dough or hausa koko dough in bulk, making porridge out of it very convenient .
    Ingredients
    Millet
    ginger
    pepper
    cloves
    calabash nutmeg
    grains of selin
    negro pepper

    The blender blended the millet so well.i love the way you sieve the mixture I use same method to sieve pap.the dough looks great.it is not easy to make hausa coco at all very hard work .the video was helpful thank you 😊

    Pls a quick question,can my millet go bad after been soaked in water for more than 24 hours??

      It will become too soft and get stuck in the mill should you use the commercial mill

    OMG 😳 that is very dirty millets full of tiny stones etc. I bought mine from Nima market. Thank God mine does not have all the stones I can see in yours. Thanks for this information I will watch out where I get my millets from.
