Sianorkie, this is genius! That’s it, yes genius! Also, thank you for sharing your expert observations regarding the difference in taste between fresh and dried products👌🏽 ❤️❤️❤️
Such a great way to make hausa koko flour I enjoyed you forming the millet in ball form then fermenting and sunning the millet the flour came out so perfect you did great.
This is amazing and I love how you took the time throughout the entire process. I love love porridge and this would definitely make yummy porridge. First time on your channel and I just subscribed. Bell is turned on for future notifications. Thanks.
I was blending my millet when your video notification popped up on my screen and surprisingly I was thinking about you washing your millet and I was thinking me I can do that job that Sianorkie did ooo- when will I finish washing out those stones 😫 this is great. Will consult you when I’m in Ghana 🤩
Sis please I have a concern. When I mix my millet flour with with water, I see some black particles in it. I don’t know what it is. It’s light a roughage but you can’t really feel it. I actually wash my millets, dry them, add my cloves, chilis, black pepper corn and ginger then take it for milling
Good one there. My mum owns 3 knickaknicka but has put them in storage since she is now old. One of these days when I move back to Ghana, I will take them out of storage and get them installed.
@@DinewithSianorkie Ain’t that the truth. She had one for dry milling only, one for corn and cassava dough, and the third one for groundnut paste, or anything oily and sticky.
I have the yellow millet, the way I don't like to use it for hausa koko eh, but I got no option, I will take some today. Really the dried koko is different from the wet yh. Don't mind me, me bo abrewa nti, everything goes😂😂😂 great sharing dear
Oh really,! I didn't experience that but its possible it could be the heat from the fermentation. So sorry about that dear. Thanks for trying it out and sharing your feedback ❤
This scatter scatter help di3 I don't like.......I dried some coconut bi eh, after I extracted juice from it to make bread. Chairman sprinkled everything on the floor. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Cash baby! I love you ❤❤❤❤
How long does it take to go bad
I tried doing it and it came out nice but in the packaging process for some days I saw water in the container. What may be the cause please?.

Pls how long can you keep the Hausa Koko flour
If it's not really dry, it can go bad on your shelf easily. If you find a space in your refrigerator, it can last for a year
2:03 memories 😂
