Little bit worried about dilution however I would hope Bruce will allow shareholders the first opportunity to fund the project construction by taking up any allocated equity. Nothing worse than loosely held liquidity that trading houses can play games with and the share value is severely lost. Also at same discounted terms so that long term shareholders who have supported the project for a long time can receive the benifits instead of having to fork out the premium on top after institution s start dumping
