HARDY, HEARTY POT O’ BEANS with sausage and bacon

We needed something very substantial that would tend itself while working outside down at The Farm recently. I combined locally made sausages, fresh-frozen cream peas, and aromatics to make a heart-warmin’, belly-slappin’, delightful pot o’ goodness. You can use any dried bean or pea you have, along with store-bought sausage, but just be sure to grab the Beano. I have a feeling you’ll want to eat a LOT of these bad boys on a drizzly, coolish day like this!
