    Sir mujhe bahot anxiety hoti hai I m 24...Meri Puri life se ye problem hai...Puri college life and schools life Bina dosto ke beet gyi..logo se baat nhi kr paata or krta hun to ye sochta hun kaise baat kru...mujhse chala nhi jaata dhangse mujhe lagta hai ptani log Kya soch rhe honge aaj hi ki baat hai mein shayam ko nikala ghar se to raste mein koi bhi aata to ye soch rha tha ki kaise chalu...asa hi hota hai chalte vakt to ajeeb feel hota hai or mein apne chlne Ke style pe dhyan dene lagta hun or us se or problem hojaati hai... isilie mein logo ko bhi avoid krta hun....aap kuch bta sakte hai....ye baat Maine kisi se nhi khi hai...job lag jaunga to shyad doctor ko dikhaunga but abhi possible nhi hai...Kya aap samajte ho is problem ko...?

      Bhai it happens with a lot of people, you are not alone. Is dar ko khatam karne ki koshish karay, situation ko avoid krne ki bjaye face karay chahy jo b ho, ziada se ziada kia karain gy log do batain karain gy aur kuch nhi kr skte. Acceptance zruri hai k muj mai ye problem hai aur ye koi bada issue nhi jo log thora sensitive hote hain aur caring hoty hain un maj ye akser ye issue hota , wo dusron ko hurt krna nhi chaty aur bura feel nhi krwana chahte, ye waqt k sath sath theek ho jaye ga jab ap accept krna start kr dain tou. aur agr ap ziada nervous hain tou logon se milty hi bta dain mai mujy social anxiety hai so please don't judge me if I became nervous... ye habits develop karay tou kuch months mai ap behtr feel krna start kro gy.
      ps: mai khud is issue ko deal kr rha hun aur abi mai ne kafi improve kia hai, situation ko confront krne se dar khatm hota hai

    I have also social anxiety. I feel very nervous around the people even in my friend group. But i have overcome from this problem almost. I used to do that thing which scares me most. I don't like to go in parties and social gathering but i intentionally go there. And try to put myself in these situation where i have to deal with people. Slowly i started to talk with peoples. Now i feel comfortable.
    Avoiding the situation is not a solution.
    You have to face it today or any other day but have to.
    So forgot about the people what they will think about your appearance just start talking with people share your ideas, and enjoy your life

    Sir I am 18 year old mujhe bhi lagta hai ki mujhe social anxiety hui hai. abhi mujhe ghar se bahar jane me bhi dar lagta hai.agar koi sir ya neighbour muj se kuch question puch lete hai toh me rone lagti hu I don't want to cry but it naturally comes.mere sath ye childhood se hote ara hai.please guide me sir.

    When someone shows you that you are inferior to them or you believe so , Certain medical problem like low height,weight, delusion that you are ugly,, when our relatives and friends don't give us attention, respect, when the person you love is not loving you,, these are some of the common things that lead to social phobia, anxiety, depression & OCD,, am I right,sir??

    I was facing the problems . I started playing cricket Now we played in our City main stadium i was uncomfortable that day .after 2 mtaches i played i started ignoring people. Now i m 50 precnt changed .

    Sir mujhe koi symptoms nahi aate social events me,par pata nahi kyu mai dhire dhire shadi aur parties me jana avoid krne lagi,aur ab ekdm hi nahi jati kahi v..mujhe aisa lagta hai ki mai logo se achhe se interact nahi kar paungi..kya ye normal hai..aur waise mai introvert nahi hu..agar wahi insaan mujhe akele mile to mai baat kar leti hu..par bahut sare log k saamne baat nahi kar pati..

    Mai phle bhot social rehti thi but loneliness k wjh se dhere dheere ab meri condition ese ho gyi h ki mai lights me nhi reh skti zda bheed zda logo k bich rehna pasand nhi.ek word me kahu to kafi zda introvert ho gyi hu. Kya yeh v koi phobia h?

    Sir I have one question about Social anxiety.. हम अपने आसपास बोहोत से ऐसे लोगो को पाते है जिन्हे कोई ना कोई Argument या Taunt कर के हमारे मजे लेने की आदत होती है.. यदी हम किसी काॅम्पिटीटीव्ह एक्झाम के लिये कोशिश कर रहे हो तो काफी बार हमारे अपने ही दोस्त और यहा तक के उनके माता पिता को भी हमे taunt कर के हमारे मजे लेने मे बडा मजा आता है.. तो क्या ऐसे दोस्त और उनके ईस तरह के Parents को avoid करने को भी Social anxiety कहेते है ?? क्यो की थोडे बहोत सवाल के जवाब तो कोई भी दे देता है लेकीन हम भारतीयो को एक दुसरे के जिंदगी मे बोहोत ज्यादा दखल देने की आदत होती है और कभी कभी तो बगैर अकल के दखल देने की आदत होती है.. kindly reply please

    Sir I have a question, I talk very fast and blabber when I am exposed to people. I did not have this problem earlier and I have recently developed this that I get nervous and talk very fast. Is this a symptom of Social Anxiety?

      sir, jb main school main to sir agar koi q puchte the mujhe aata rhta tha to bhi main glt kr deti thi uske baad mera chehra akdam laal ho jata tha ase lgta tha jaise maine bhut bda koi crime kr diya ho cls main kisi se njr nhi mila pati thi 2,3 din tk. ab mera clg chal rha aur ab ye problam aur bd gayi hai ab gharvalo se bhi eye contact nhi. kr pati mai koi kaam krti hu agar to mere bgl main koi khada ho jata hai to mujhse kam bhi nhi hota n hi mujhse chla jata hai , agar kise se baat krne ki kosis krti hu to uske phle 10 baar sochati hu aur agr kh deti hu kuchh to saara din sochti hu ki shi kha ki nhi main ase hu isliye mere restedaar samjhte ki ise to kuchh aata hi. nhi isliye main khi jana pasand nhi karti mujhe akele main positive thought aate hai aur bhid main negative thought asa lgta hai ki kyu main jinda hu main me kyu nhi jati ,abhi main ye sb kisi se kh nhi pati pr meri job lg jayegi to hi mere andar selfconfidence aayega 😊😊😊😊😊

    Sir.. I have a question sb logo ke sath i don't feel social anxiety
    Like jinhe hm bhaot time se jante ha parents kuch family members ya kuch dost bachpan ke pr uske baad jo log mile hai unke sath thik se baat ni ki jaati hai... Meeting vgra kam ki cheze toh krleti hu magar kuch family members hai unke sath comfortable ni ho pati bs jo woh punchte ha woh bta deti hu na khudse kuch kehna aur ab dhere dhere i started avoiding them
    I am not very sure ki ye hmesha se esa tha school tk i was shy but ese social anxiety ni hui... I started facing it from bday parties to big social gatherings... Mujhe bs mn ni krta kise se kuch kehne ka... I also get sweety and i feel bs ye mujhse baat krna bnd kre bs... Aur ya its hard making friends and maintianing social life... Life is really tough for people like us... I can't reach any medical help.. Pr main ab khudse hi apne aap ko social situations me comfortable krne ki khudko push krne ki koshish kr rhi hu...

    Dippression, social anxiety disorder hai usake liya koi medicine batayiye
    Mai bahut pareshan ho gaya usako samajha samajha kar
    Kisi se baat bhi nahi karta
    Ghar se hi nahi nikalalta
    Kuch kaam nahi karta
    Sota hi sota rahta hai bas

    Social phobia is a nightmare. Confident people can not understand the feelings of these people. I know a person who is married and have two sons, but he is social phobic and underconfident. His whole life is miserable. He is not poor but his qyality of life is very poor. He is completely unable to get rid of this problem . Can any one tell what he should do?

    me jab ghar me hota hu to mujhe y problen utni nai hoti par me college ya kahi bahar jata hu to y problem mujhe had se bahar hone lag jati h....mene bahut kosiss ki isko kam karne ki but nai ho raha...or choti choti baat pe ghabra jata hu...bol nai pata thik se....or real lifr ki to shodo game me bhi mujhe bahut ghabrahat hone lag jati h jab samne enemys hote h tabb.....bolte time meri avaz bhi beth jati h..utni gharahat hoti h...Logo se thik se baat nai karr pataa
    mind block ho jata h ....
    samaj nai aata kya karu...help me...🙏

    Sir i was bullied Rigorously during my school days by my classmates and some teachers....so much that i left school after 10th and completed the rest education in correspondence....And now as Grownup i don't want to do job...i don't want to work with colleagues under a boss/supervisor rather i want to do farming which i could do all alone....i live in Delhi...whenever i go to crowded places i get panic attacks 😓😪Sir is it normal ??🙏

      Agar aap khud ko chaardiwari me qaid kar legi to ye beemari aur zyada dangerous ho jayegi. Sabse aapka social contact toot jayega. Jisse aap physically aur mentally zyada depressed ho jaoge.
      To jitna ho sake toh aap apne Darr par overcome karo. challenge karo usko ki aap nahi darogi.
