Kenshi is one of the goofiest, janky games on steam rn. I love it a lot but its far from realistic lol. To clarify aswell, not janky as in broken, just as in very exploitable and at times buggy.

@@Yorishiriamori gotta learn some exploits, it's practically necessary. A tip I'd recommend is to train someone in stealth, at high levels it can become pretty silly and unfair. You can also cheese small fights by running a few feet away while they swing, then attacking, allowing you to get a free hit most of the time.

Actually, often unless you hit major veins, organs or arteries, it takes a good 2 minutes before blood begins pooling around the body. This is actually realistic. As for blowing lungs out, not even a 50 BMG can do that.
This typically happens more in the story mode of call of duty anyways you can see the actual blood and bullet patterns but maybe it might be more pre programmed hit boxes already knowing where the shot will hit.
when you get shot you usually don't really feel it immediately. It's like being burned. You get a little jolt and pull back. As you realize what happened and your brain processes it your body sends the pain signals and it starts hurting more and more and more. When being shot at you get an adrenaline dump into your system. You can look up any number of police videos and see people eat entire magazines of 9mm and keep going.

Reminds me of every enemy In most shooters where the ai enemy can shoot for 50 minutes straight but when you kill them they drop a good 5 bullets from their gun the only game where I have seen that this isn't the case is sniper elite 5 (sure most enemies still drop 5 bullets but in that game there's a skill that allows you to take out the bullets from the gun )

Entry wounds for a 9mm are tiny, and if you aren't hitting an artery or a vital organ with a lot of blood flow, you might not even get much blood exiting the wound.
That blood only comes out and sprays all over walls when the bullet shoots through the other side. A 9mm would be rare to shoot through a person especially if tjey are wearing armor. If you were shooting them with a 12 Gauge, then that would be different.

This video was "looking" for the "lungs" after all the enemies he shot in the games. The point is, a 9mm handgun does not, cannot, and will never remove your lungs from your body.

That blood only comes out and sprays all over walls when the bullet shoots through the other side. A 9mm would be rare to shoot through a person especially if tjey are wearing armor. If you were shooting them with a 12 Gauge, then that would be different.
