Wow! Guy seems to be very talented. 👍 does the basics right. Nice control over the car. No corner was over done. And the fact Vertical tilt was on which not many can do, makes him more talented. I can also see a calmness in driving pushes SW at right time. Kudos to him.

You can't anymore. Certain clubs: RpM, Rev, TGL, ASL, Pro, Fury, LeMans, Elite (and I'm probably missing a few) were granted custom logos early in the game's history due to being prominent clubs often with youtubers, but the devs have confirmed that they won't be doing it anymore.
