- I decided to really push myself with this newest product video and take my exploding popcorn concept and style to the next level with these Pringles shots. The entire background was shot and created using my LG OLED TV and typical household items laying around.

When the video started I actually thought that this is official Pringles commercial that you are trying to re-create..and than I realized that you made it. Well done man! You get me with this one.. Could you please do a tutorial on how you removed sticks from the footage and how you did the colors etc.. that would be muuch helpful..

A lot of hate for the equipment this guy has. He clearly has a passion so has saved up a lot of his money to buy things that will fuel his passion. I think this video is great at showing different PRACTICAL techniques to apply when shooting product. Normally all of this is done in CGI, custom beauty packaging, etc. Much love for taking the time to show us how we can all bring our ideas to life and experiment in this craft. Cheers!

Very nice...thanks for the tip using the polarizer to control the highlights/shadows - very effective.
How did you remove extra details like the straw when you tried to make the slices pop up?
Nguyễn Duy Phước Hải you can use something like davinci resolve to edit the straw out.
Mask it out and use the colorpicker tool to actually get the same color behind
I made a tutorial about how I did it but simple wire removal in after effects

Genius man! I do Production Design work, ill definitely keep the DIY tv backdrop in my backpocket. So much easier than steaming backdrops and resetting up paper etc. Thanks for this!

Aah, using a 4k TV screen to show that you don't need to have all those professional things... But also uses professional camera, lights and tools to rotate the product and move the camera.
