I have never replayed this game because I lost my ancient disk and it was so hard to find this one to download! also lmao at the scene of them filming where the light falls on him and they reuse his audio two times in a row 💀 "I don't want to see you serena" Best part of this hot mess game is you can accidentally lock yourself out of the ending by like not picking up a certain item before checking the phone or something and then you can NEVER confront the culprit lmao so I never finished the game when I was a kid because I did that. I hope that doesn't happen to you during your play through!
Joe neem oil kills gnats and other plant bugs without hurting your plants. You can buy it at Walmart or online. As a fellow plant mama I used to have the same problem and it worked for me.
Oh and head up you actually do have one more potential softlock (unless it’s been fixed): as soon as you are able to, CALL BESS. You can’t call her until after you call George (which you know have) but she has required dialogue that can stop a trigger from happening later on. I’m shocked the bomb didn’t softlock you! Usually the second chance reloads you to the door already being open a crack so you can’t back out of it. I wonder if they fixed that? I know they took the game down from their site for awhile so maybe it secretly had updates when they added it back

This wasn’t my first game but this one was the first one I completed!! I have 2 great memories from it to share: 1) Family friends were over and the daughter was about my age and we randomly decided to play this. We got to the Prop Room part and got soooo stuck on the “Soft as a pedal…” riddle and asked EVERYONE in the house what they thought. No one knew but eventually we decided to Google the riddle and the first result was Gameboomers. And that’s how I discovered walkthroughs! I was like 9 I think? I still have that damn riddle memorized lol 2) A different friend of mine and I ALWAYS laugh about those damn photoshopped pictures in the game. One year on my birthday (we were fully adults by this point) she photoshopped OUR heads on those photos. I’ve never laughed so hard lmao and I still have it! Your reaction to them in the game was all I ever wanted and the reason I wanted to see you play this one!

Apparently when this game was released in 1999 it bragged about having a bunch of different areas to zoom in on (tho a lot of places you could zoom in on weren’t actually relevant LOL)
There’s a walkthrough on Her Interactive’s website. I’ve never had issues on any of the laptops I’ve installed it on (though none have been Windows 11) but I heard with some people they’re just out of luck

I believe I was supposed to say "no" to that install. If you know how to fix this please let me know!!! I am so sad not even the digital copy works.
