Have you ever made a peanut butter cheesecake with a chocolate Ganache topping? I will be making this cheesecake for the Holidays Also have you ever made a Christmas type cheesecake with cranberry type topping possibly.. I have seen one on pintrest..
i like the ice idea. But doesn't the water (or melted ice) have to edge up the pan a little to get the effect - seemed like you foil sets it too high. Just asking. Looks good - I am doing one similar tomorrow for a birthday.
from the height of the baking sheet pan in relationship to the height of the springform pan perched on top of those aluminum foil balls, when the ice melts how high does the water level get? it appears (at least from the way the camera showed) that the bottom of the springform pan was just at the height (or higher) than the top of the baking sheet pan and I thought that the purpose of a Bain Marie was to make sure the water reached at least 1/2 way up the sides of the springform pan (which is why it's usually placed in a larger pan with high sides so that can happen. Just curious. Looks delish!

Is everybody’s oven different because my cheesecakes keep getting super brown on top any tips.......the cheesecakes are good but I just Have to cut the brown parts off but that’s getting annoying
Yup ovens vary. And many cook either too hot or too cold. Some have better heat distribution, and some have cool spots. If your oven allows it, try to calibrate it to the right temperature (:
