Keep up the good work buddy. I really like these lore videos as for me it's really hard to follow through real stories in fighting games as almost all of them have cheesy dialogues and bits of quick cinematics. 😁👍🏾
"Oh wait. There is no sequel. It was canceled like 20 years ago. Well, never mind." Man, this is... I'll always appreciate the KOF games, but not getting to see how the stories in MOTW play out still haunts me to this day.
I know Terry's English is not that clear since it's a japanese voice actor who voices him, but I'd love to know what Terry says in his SDM in KOF 2002 and Garou Mark of the Wolves. I know he says "Go bang" in his DM, but in the SDM he says something before "Go bang".
I want soo bad SNK to make a sequel to this MASTERPIECE, I not kidding when I say, Garou it deserve to be in the pantheon of greatest Fighting games ever made, and one of the best sequels or last entry in any series of FG made. The way Garou use their characters and their connections to previous Art of Fighting and Fatal Fury characters is amazing, it pull what STREET FIGHTER III wanted to do but done RIGHT, the issue many of us had with SFIII when first shows up was that there was not a single previous world warrior, but Ken and Ryu, but worse non of the new generations fighters was related in anyway with any of the previous characters (maybe Yun and Yang), and even if their style was nothing like any SF character before.....Garou didn't go that way, many characters are connected to previous fighters in story and in some style, the sons if Kim, the student of Andy, the new Lone Wolf student of Terry, the Karate disciple o Ryo, and then the new comers where so cool and awesome, my favorite been Hotaru....the cutest Fighting game character EVER. Man I hope SNK just listen to their fans, this and Last Blade are 2 franchise they NEED TO BRING BACK.
Has anyone ever really thought of Andy as a ninja? His apprentice and Mai practice the same martial art, but they're all very different from eachother. That being said if Mai had an apprentice in the sequel that would make a great rival for Hokutomaru
The person who teleports behind Don in his victory pose is jae hoon bro.He is the serious one who is more like his father where Don is like Kim's best friend Jae hoon from Kof who his second son was named after.Great video.
Yo, they've GOTTA continue this story before I die. I really wanna know what's gonna happen to Rock, hopefully he won't turn evil but that doesn't seem to be the case judging by the ending.
You think you will ever make a video about Sinobu Amou, just because he's such a weird boss and is only in one game. There's also some other cool characters like Miu.
When I played this game for the first time it felt like Tekken 3 in a way but 2D! A new generation cast with Terry the only legacy character, fantastic sprite animation and stages, amazing mechanics, great music and a not so hard final boss! Hope they make a sequel to this! As always Shoryu your summary to everything is so awesome!

7:50 Mai: ANDYYYYYYYY, YOUR LITTLE SHIT, CAUSE CHAOS ON SOUTH TOWN
Terry and Joe: *Laughs*
Andy: Screw you both of you
You're not a martial artist if you can't teach a bear karate.
Ah this was helpful and I hope a sequel comes soon.
16:07 it still hurts man. That game would of been sick i can tell. Gato's father was gonna be playable!
Keep up the good work buddy. I really like these lore videos as for me it's really hard to follow through real stories in fighting games as almost all of them have cheesy dialogues and bits of quick cinematics. 😁👍🏾
Glad you enjoy it!
"Oh wait. There is no sequel. It was canceled like 20 years ago. Well, never mind."
Man, this is... I'll always appreciate the KOF games, but not getting to see how the stories in MOTW play out still haunts me to this day.
amazing work bro ! cheers from Algeria !
I know this video has been 1 year but it's gonna be mark of the wolf 2
Hotaru was my favorite character.
I always though Grant was the coolest tho
And Freeman was OG Carmine
I know Terry's English is not that clear since it's a japanese voice actor who voices him, but I'd love to know what Terry says in his SDM in KOF 2002 and Garou Mark of the Wolves. I know he says "Go bang" in his DM, but in the SDM he says something before "Go bang".
You got your wish for GMOTW 2!
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
Awesome video again. You doing amazing job SG. Keep it up.
Thanks a ton!
@@ShoryuGame You are welcome a ton :).
Love your work mate; keep it up!.
Much appreciated!
Nope, it was Kim. He only appears is one of his sons beat another one.
Look closely, the one lying in the ground is younger brother.
^ And remember, kim has short sleeves with his gi, Don and Jae are sleeveless.
Yo, they've GOTTA continue this story before I die. I really wanna know what's gonna happen to Rock, hopefully he won't turn evil but that doesn't seem to be the case judging by the ending.
i love your videos bro ❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Another amazing video man! You sincerely rock... howard!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I always enjoy your videos, and thank you very much for this episode!
Glad you like them!
In the garou 2 sprites it looks like joes student and someone who may be related to yamazaki is there. I hope they make it into a later installment.
Love this channel so much. Thanks a lot!
Thank you too!
You think you will ever make a video about Sinobu Amou, just because he's such a weird boss and is only in one game. There's also some other cool characters like Miu.
Came back after the Garou teaser. Way to predict the future
@ShoryuGame Yet another awesome video! Keep em' coming! 👍
Thanks for the visit
@@ShoryuGame You bet! 👍 ...and I'm working on a surprise for you too.
Thanks for this great content, can't believe i only heard about this game last year, hope we see a sequel tho.
God I can only hope for a Garou sequel, I need to know what happened to my boy Rock!
Have you seen the sprites for the unreleased game?
@@realamericannegro977 I have and I’m so sad we never got to see them in action!
@@BetaXeeta I really would like for them to use the same graphical style if they decide to finish it.
Thank you so much!
