Yo, I've been doing my best to follow along on the build guide you have up at the moment, ad finding myself reaching a point where progression is stagnating, and I'm finding it hard to figure out which steps I should take to continue pushing the build the right directions, I would be BEYOND grateful for help if you have the time to spare.
@@SteadyPlaying Sweet divine you are quick on the responce, thought I'd have time for food :,D 7fxmX2h2qtey I have been trying recently to craft the clusters you have listed in your build as well as target more accuracy rating as I'm yet to start properly utilizing certain aspects of what you have listed, just unsure on where to place all my focus at the moment, I feel decently tanky and don't really struggle with stsain, single target could be better but I guess I could remidy that with a better pdps axe.
Ok so I found out the autoexert set up is not great for boneshatter as you attack too fast to take advantage of it. You have a Vaal Axe which is a great base for slams but bad for boneshatter as it has a slow attack speed. A despot axe would make the build feel a lot better. There's no flesh and flames that give you adrenaline on low life yet, so take off the petrified blood as all it's doing is decreasing your EHP for no real benefit, when you do switch to petrified blood make sure it reserves life to be as close to the low life threshold as possible ( but not over it). The poison chance on the axe which is good, but you can also craft it on your gloves. Herald of agony also gives us poison chance. Allocate Precise Technique as thats + 40% more damage. The life flasks on this build should be useless, just get a writhing jar + 4 utilities. Leech is unnecessary so you can get your points back from that wheel. Your body armour needs upgrading to something that gives you more. Make sure to cap your resists. Here was my build a couple weeks ago, aim for this: pobb.in/49_yW1he3X1q The 12 passive cluster is bad just get two 8 passives with the same notables as the 8 passive in there. After you have swapped your skill gems and tree to something more like this hit me up again and I'll go over it. Edit: saw you have chance to avoid poison on your boots, definitely get rid of those, that can kill you.
@@SteadyPlaying Hell yea, I'm a start working on these changes as soon as I get home friday. Been gone and theory building some stuff in spare time, but never anything proper. Suterday I'll be able to start working properly on these changes and get them put in place. Thanks a lot for the recomended changes, you're an absolute boss.
Last time i played self poison was in ritual league with CoC assassin with some funny sextant that gives you 12%increased damage and 6%increased movment speed per poison. Good old time when melee coc was budget build.
I’m doing this but with bleed and flicker strike. I can get 1000 stacks. But if you attack a “can not leech from” mob you die. My self heal is ~200k so as long as you can leech only one shots can kill you. Like shaper pools do nothing
Yeah you need to spam writhings for can not leech mobs. Flicker seems ideal for this self poison tech. Can also prolong poisons by allocating lethe shade.
@@SteadyPlaying oh, thats smart, i was looking for an easy way to reach 4s poisons, i guess that defeats your other point about running out of poisons inside a dot since you would have ran out of overleech at the same time?
playing warden bow (yeah, I know) but just want to leave a comment becauce that is one hell of thinking on the mechanics and it´s quite impressive. Enjoy the league and stay sane, exile.
Doesn't golden rule make you not take any poison damage? I wasn't aware it worked with the amulet.. Edit: nvm. I thought it had unaffected by poison because that's how you used to use it for self poison
Hey man, I watched your harbinger debunking vid before the league start and decided to try it out this league and have been loving it. What’s your current atlas and scarab setup? I’m doing harby and infinite deli but maybe there’s something better?
having infinite recovery from the amulet, you could grab strength of blood keystone from lethat pride to get insane pdr, especially with a bit of investment in leech on the tree. with like 4-6points on the tree, 10 endurance charges and adrenaline pob shows me literally 90% pdr with 0 armour
Yeah it is insane PDR but it is kind of janky to use, I was trying to make it work on my boneshatter build but if you run out of poisons while youre standing on a DoT you die very quickly. Having the leech still working at least gives you time to react. However I think it would be amazing if you had some Energy shield or life regen to supplement it. Fun fact, getting instant leech actually reduces your PDR when using that keystone.
its from the runesmith table. and not if u have the 25% phys dmg from runesmith u cannot use a tempering orb, the tempering orb mod will overwrite the runesmith mod.
@@SteadyPlayingok but we can roll again on the weapon with the same system? Or juste one time per weapon? And its possible to have 25 % with the tempered orb?
I'm healing for far more than 100% of my life per second and it is measured in server ticks. For instance at .1 seconds 100 stacks would be 10% of my life getting degenned but also a whole bunch more than that being healed so my life stays the same. If it frontloaded all the degen at the beginning or the end of a second without taking into account the regen then it would turn off, but it is split into little bits. I'm not sure how the exact calculation is done per server tick though, I'm assuming its just heal - regen = life per tick.
thats a good interaction, but the problem is the amulet slot is just too powerful to waste for something like this. you'd need defiance of destiny (possibly pre nerf) to even justify losing amulet dmg...or you just have 0 currenct to get an amulet. that works too
You said you have chance to poison on your weapon…? Maybe that was a misspeak or idk what I’m talking about (I’m unfamiliar with self poison and even poison itself somewhat) but I don’t see any poison mods on your axe itself. Were you referring to chance to poison from other sources on your attacks? (Sorry I can’t check PoB from this location to confirm). But cool vid and topic. I recently found your channel and am liking the ideas you post a lot! Edit: I guess you were just referring to what the tincture itself gives?
Ah yea that was misspeak, I meant chance to poison with hits with weapon. I get 35% chance from an amulet anoint and herald of agony together. Cheers for the comment!
So you die when out of juice? Nah real chad can just build below 100 max life and get hundreds of stacks and perma activated Tainted Pact even when there is no enemy. Tried this league and survived early mapping with 20 maximum life.
@@SteadyPlaying True, I think about 100 max still works ok. Tried something like 12 max and getting many stacks at that point becomes hard. I also have life reserved.
cool interaction thanks for sharing
Cheers mate!
that health bar is holding on for dear life
Hahaha it really is having the worst day.
You can also use The Battle Within to get stacks faster early on or to stop the degen (will cap back stacks at 100)
Ah yeah good call!
great tech to share ty
Cheers! Looks like we can do some fun things with it.

Slayer overleech lasts 10 seconds or 9 if you have the 10% instant leech mastery.
@@SteadyPlaying oh wow, i always confused that modifier for the one that makes you reach leech cap with fewer hits

Haha no shame in that mate, looks like such a flexible class. Cheers, appreciate it!
That gives me the idea to try that with a lightning strike warden with the unique tincture that gives penetration per burn up to 200...
I am testing out a similar build at the moment, there are some very weird bugs at play though.
I feel like this tech would work a lot better with a bow build, ie tornado shot
ie pathfinder with forbidden flame/flesh to grab the seasoned hunter
Defo a lot of uses for it, I'm doing an LS trickster with this tech atm.
Southbound+mainlink brutality to beach test it? xD
Haha very bricky
Imagine Herald of Anguish jugg on CoC Cyclone + Ball lightning how much triggers it would create :D
Herald of Agony? Yeah it would be a lot of poison stacks alright!
Doers the mana burn mastery really work? Because you don't have mana burn stack but Weeping wounds stacks instead.
oh nvm didn't read the second line of the keystone :D
Haha yeah, it's a bit of a sneaky keystone.

Yeah, except that normal leech doesn't work either.
For the 25% phisycal dmg on the weapon did you use tempered orb? Can we use it several time on the same weapon? That dont roll the affix on it right?
its from the runesmith table. and not if u have the 25% phys dmg from runesmith u cannot use a tempering orb, the tempering orb mod will overwrite the runesmith mod.
As seshu said here its runesmithing and you can only have one enchant.
@@SteadyPlayingok but we can roll again on the weapon with the same system? Or juste one time per weapon? And its possible to have 25 % with the tempered orb?
You can roll over the enchant at the runesmithing station. It's not possible to have 25% with the tempered orb.
Can someone help me understand why the tincture doesn't immediately turn off at 100 stacks?

being immune to damage outside of oneshots is pretty solid for an amulet slot its better than defiance vs bosses especially nerfed
I use the amulet anyway, no slot is wasted here.

@@SteadyPlaying True, I think about 100 max still works ok. Tried something like 12 max and getting many stacks at that point becomes hard. I also have life reserved.
I think the game treats you like you have 100 max life no matter what in terms of stacks. That's my theory so far anyway.
@@SteadyPlaying Yes, it's in the patch notes. Min burn is 1 life or 1 mana per second.
Ah, thank you. Things make so much more sense now. Though the life slowly dropping is still very annoying, have you found any way to get around that?
