Amazing job, if you have a depot recycle center there, I would return the bottles for money. Also blue bags for recycles (or that is what we use here).
You need a normal sized rake, like what Post 10 uses. Then you can pick up and fling the trash in one movement. With that smaller rake, you have to move over and over again just to get one thing out of the water.
Scandinavian here and two tips is always have a bag with you to keep trash when you travel and second here police will fine you 500 of your american dollars for littering so not worth it
.Just an idea but this ought to be like community service. If you get caught speeding or something like where traffic ticket go out. Sweep up all the trash out of these streets where the floods
Before this, I watched a video from a year ago and there also was a shirt clogging the drain! Moral of the story: don't throw trash out of your car window, it will end up clogging the drains!

I usually do a clean up just don't record it. Since I have multiple cameras now it won't be an issue recording the clean ups
