So I did the “don’t allow” option for both deleting and adding apps and that’s when I realized my App Store app disappeared. So I changed the settings back to “allow” and I still can’t get the app back, and even if I click on an “add app through your App Store” link it tells me I cannot download said app. Am I totally screwed? Is my only option then to backup and reset my phone?

So anyone that's going through this, if you have the app "Cloak" or "Cape", and you can't fid your appstore, go to your cloak settings and disable your "Disable app intallation" settings.
