I think it would be kinda cool if he couldn't change back into an alien that he already turned into. Like once he becomes heatblast and goes into something else, he no longer has access to heatblast for the rest of the round. It would pretty much guarantee variety, instead of turning into the same 2 or 3 forms over and over

upgrade his A.I to make smarter switches, i think he has alot of potential with his kit but throughout the video we saw him settle for his melee characters alot and then just go alien x or way big when they backfired. I think to be lore accurate he should only transform into Alien X once and the duration should be similar to Aangs avatar state if possible and way big should be his second last alternative before even going alien X at all. I enjoyed the rapid switches which felt i was truly watching the real ben 10 so keep the frequency of the transformation but yeah just a better A.I
I think that would be fair that hs can go alien x once but he stays in that form longer cause when he just starts spamming alien x i don't think anyone can beat him if they don't have abilities like superman have high damage hyper armor and a clone that does the same And stays on field cause the planet attack pulled the clone of super man while super man was constantly attacking so i think it would be fair if he stays in alien x longer but can do it once and make it a higher chance of him going alien x after half health
The armor AlienX has is what Hulk final staGe should have with no health loss
Ben 10 needs some Attack in Alien x and you should make his human be able to combo
