From my understanding from watching this video, Ben's Omnitrix/Ultimatrix almost always scans an Alien's DNA that isn't in the Omnitrix/ Ultimatrix. So, explain to me why Ben's old Omnitrix, Ultimatrix, and new Omnitrix never scaned the DNA of Vilgax's species, Trombipulor's species, Serpent's species, the Sludgepuppy species, that Alien Dragon species from the Alien Force series S 1 Ep 11. Sheelane's species from Ben 10 Omniverse series Ep 64, Synaptak's species from the original series S 2 Ep 6, and SixSix's or SevenSeven's species from the original series S 1 Ep 5 and Alien Force series S 1 Ep 13. Excluding vilgax it's probably due to the Omnitrix not recognizing the species. Plus Ben himself said if he knew the classic Omnitrix had a scan feature he'd let aliens scratch it way earlier. While adding he's make an awesome vilgax

@@zacharynoveck8402 yes but that was due to the Omnitrix itself saying that it was uncatalogued alien DNA. I think most alien species depending on the alien it was unknown. As there are some aliens that don't even have a homeworld or a known species

So, I believe that Ben's Omnitrix should have scanned or unlocked those aliens I mentioned before. If the writers have bothered of thinking of it in the first place.

Xylene unlocked Upchuck and Azmuth unlocked Way Big and Atomix for Ben to use. The Omnitrix is the machine with button and rotate wheel with many access to aliens DNA which is why Azmuth put lock codes in each and every aliens except 10 to prevent his creation to fall in wrong hand. Ben messing with the watch is reason why he unlocked Cannonbolt, Wildvine, Ditto and Eye Guy DNA. Not to mention how Ben also unlocked Master Control until Azmuth decided to put Master Control function in Voice Codes.
Wildvine was randomly unlocked by Ben when he and Grandpa Max where stuck. Ben didn't even knew about the alien. (also he appeared in the episode "Camp Fear".)
