Firstly, the house is stunning, MashaAllah. However it's not designed for everyday use by families. The main door is massive and not feasible to open evrytime someone is at the door. People might end up using the kitchen entrance more, I feel. The kitchen is beautiful,but then again, roz ka khaana banana ke liye its not apt. There's just 3 burners on the stove, no informal kitchen. It looks more like a set for a luxurious TV show. It's probably worth the 11cr PKR. But if someone has that kind of money to invest in this house, they could rent it out for weddings/events given its a nice place to host family coming in from other cities during events. Definitely too fancy for everyday use. Would I like to live in a house with a similar layout? Yes, InshaAllah.

house is more of a show house then practical. 1.5 Kanal house and closets are in bed room this is first prblm and very very tiny washrooms this is second prblm no box room near kitchen and lots of draws in kitchen but very less useable cabinets. i can point out few of issues which are really a prblm once anyone start living in the house. Rest of house is Good looking and attractive. keep up the gud work sir

Its a beautiful Haus for Mahraja not for a normal family . It needs a lot of maintenance. In normal life the People need a simple , Classic, comfortable & easy to maintaining Hauses …. No dought , it is very nice 👍 but personally I will not like to live in such Haus because there is not any warmness from a haus …. It’s more to make films & so on …..

Planning is not feasible at all! You enter straight in the drawing room, with a tiny dining room and a small grease kitchen. The two bedrooms on ground floor open directly in the drawing room, and the list goes on. Im sorry but this is not architecture. Architecture provides practicality and comfort, whereas this house is a total display of money and that's pretty much it!
I don't know where to start on this 😬 If this was a hotel i'd say job very well done but for a house this is not feasible/functional for families use. I don't want to open & close a 22 ft high door 5-6 times a day 😫 Both rooms are exposed to drawing/dining Flooring of tv lounge 🤕 Modern ceiling with classic design . The bed wall in first bedroom 🤧 The stairs 😳😵 & the circulation area on first floor is 3-4 ft. When you willing to spend this much why not Hire an Architect & Interior Designer 😐

What the hell this stairs in such house...??? 11 core a part but few big blunders done... Rest it's corner plot so easily in heavy rainfall the flow of water from above side area can enter in this house... 11 core is much much more.. Very over design and concept. Not for family, it should be given to any drama serial for rent.

bro most of these housing societies are situated on outskirts of cities - that's why the prices are way lower than those properties which are in main cities - same size of plot (property) in a main city would easily cost 5× excluding everything else -- build this type of house in a city then you'll be easily paying over 50+ crore.. just one flat in a centaures building (prime location in Islamabad) cost around 55 crore & that's just a starting price -__- so it's just a game of location - but still it's not cheap, not everyone can pay 11 crore Indian rupees or 20+ crore Pakistani rupees -- this vid is about 6 months old I guess, so right now this house probably cost more than double if not less.

bro most of these housing societies are situated on outskirts of cities - that's why the prices are way lower than those properties which are in main cities - same size of plot (property) in a main city would easily cost 5× excluding everything else -- build this type of house in a city then you'll be easily paying over 50+ crore..
just one flat in a centaures building (prime location in Islamabad) cost around 55 crore & that's just a starting price -__-
so it's just a game of location - but still it's not cheap, not everyone can pay 11 crore Indian rupees or 20+ crore Pakistani rupees -- this vid is about 6 months old I guess, so right now this house probably cost more than double if not less.
