Absolutely loved this podcast with Dana White!!! He is so successful and learning about the struggles he had early on and the mentality that shaped him over time inspires me to keep grinding and persevering. The biggest moment for me during the podcast was when Dana told his neighbor to never speak to him or his mother ever again the way he did previously. I also thought another big moment in the show was Dana talking about adversity and being built for it. So excited to watch part 2 of the podcast!!!
Dana is so right regarding working from home. I'm British and work for the UK government in state benefits for those who are too ill to work. My contract currently states I work 2 days a week in the office, 3 days at home. Not many of us truly want to work the jobs we have but we have to. When I walk in the office a switch goes off where I say to myself; "Well, we're here, let's make the best of it and do what we can." Often is the case, you dive in becoming more motivated as the day goes on and you get more out of your working day. Working from home, I thought was gonna be great! No travel time, no traffic jams etc etc. It is the worst thing! I roll out of bed 60 seconds before I need to log in and I'm thinking about everything else other than giving my best which is usually how can I finish work early. It's a very isolated feeling too!

Dana has been a savage his whole life! One of the reasons why he has been such a successful leader is he is willing to do anything for his people.
Came across your channel and this episode on Apple Podcasts on accident. One of those times where you realize there are no accidents.
Nothing is an accident. Glad you are here, Samson.
@@insearchofexcellence Indeed! Thank you, Randall.
