    Hi Guys!
In this video I'll explain you how to perform calibration or self test of ICU ventilator, This is Tecme Neumovent Graphnet ventilator.
ICU ventilator calibration is a critical process that ensures the accuracy and safety of mechanical ventilation in critically ill patients. Calibration should be performed regularly by trained professionals to ensure that the ventilator is functioning correctly and delivering the right amount of oxygen and pressure to the patient.
The process of ventilator calibration involves testing the accuracy of various components, including the flow sensors, pressure sensors, and oxygen sensors. The calibration process may involve adjusting the settings on the ventilator or replacing faulty components.
It is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines for calibration and maintenance of ventilators to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Calibration records should be maintained to document the testing and maintenance of the ventilators.
Iventilator calibration is a complex process that requires specialized knowledge and skills. It is important to ensure that only trained professionals with the appropriate qualifications and experience perform the calibration of ICU ventilators.

I think you should learn the subject before giving wrong information and procedure on your videos since these are life support devices and need to be tested carefully during any test you perform.

I just performed a self test & initial calibration for this ventilator according to instructions, could you please point out the wrong information I'll try to make solution for that & appreciate your observations.

I liked your attitude and response. Unfortunately Service manuals or documents provided by supplier for LS or HR devices in most countries are either not complete or are written to suit countries environment rather then talking about strict safety requirements while testing the vent or device. Say for example, you should never bypass O2 cell calibration while running any type of test. There are other things I would not be able to write here but unfortunately its true. I'm saying all this because now I have vast experience in Biomedical Engineering Department of Hospitals I have worked in India's best Hospitals and now in America's best ..I know this Department very well..

@@sangeetasang9437 Thank you for your brief explanation, unfortunately the limited resources most of the things are bypassed. second I was also mentioned in the video if Oxygen level reading is compulsory so must replace the O2 cell.

@@TheBiomedDude unfortunately instruction is not correct way of running self test. Good luck though...
