    Christ, as a rural FM resident who frequently just has to figure shit out on the fly, this content is amazing. I tried to get an RT at our rural hospital to explain vent settings once, and their reply about how to avoid barotrauma was essentially "oh we havent been worrying about that since the 90s". Like, thanks, I know you KNOW how to do it, but when its 3am and you arent here but I am, I sure would like to know.

    As a respiratory therapist it's always interesting listening to other medical professionals talk about vents. I wish more/all docs knew and understood at least the basics of ventilator mechanics. So thanks 💜💜
