In this Apex Legends reaction video, Boomrazzle and Kandyrew react to controller and mouse & keyboard players. First, they discuss the difference between controller and mouse and keyboard. @@blacky2717 all I'm saying is that most controller players rely a lot on the aim assist I have 200 hours with roller and I can safely say we all play the same and abuse the imbalance of the aim assist

Love to tell you guys, you can heal next to doors on roller... Some controller players change up their button binds, like me, but it doesn't effect heals :)
It’s never affected me. It’s reviving against a door that’s bad

@XeroRLSS Change your button reloading to hold and your interact to tap. It's in your settings. It'll fix the reloading on a door and your revive should never open the door because you'll be holding for revive. Unfortunately however, there is no way currently to fix the reload on downed teammates or a way to open/ close it on a downed teamate.
What I came here for hahah you can heal no problem it’s reloading that can be a struggle, but I set it on hold to reload so I can play doors.

i heard crazy ratchets voice and i instantly knew i love that guy hes a beast
You can see the input by looking at survival slot item on console its shows hold with the dpad button (if its default) and if their is no button usually means mnk

Yea. Easiest way to beat a controller player is too understand their limits and how they usually need to play.

0:13 you didn't block out the middle mouse button for him to ping so it was easy to tell it was mnk.
1:20 a square pops up in the screen showing him to reload at the top of the stair case.
3:16 the same thing happens again.
4:00 when he pulls up his healing menu for .2 seconds it shows the controller input
7:25 as well when he uncrouches.
8:21 they don't block out the X to close door.
10:13, X to reload in the middle of the screen.
11:24 shows down on D-Pad to quip/emote
u missed 5:49 u can see x to reload in the scope

For a few of these you can see the input because of small usually unnoticed details, but even without that I still got a 100% pass
funny af in the first clip before kandy says MnK I saw the ping prompt on mouse XD
im assuming boom had heal and open door on the same button on controller or something? cause by default heal is set to the d-pad and opening doors and crates is set to square/x
You cant bind 2 things together so thats weird
He got it confused with reload which you cant do with a door Unless sacrificing time using the hold setting

The guy at the end wasn’t cheating. It was Strafing Flame from Blackhand who was just in ALGS
I thought same he was in the last algs

That was not strafing flame. I was watching a ottr or the gaming merchant video. This guy killed them. He thought he was cheating. They even reach out to strafing flame. Strafing flame told them that was not him in the clip.

The biggest giveaway for roller is the heal wheel and how often they pull out their fists while re-positioning or chasing someone during a fight.

Snappy isn't always a telltale sign its Mnk its actually the opposite, in gunfights that flips again though, its all about the micro adjustments outside of combat.
at 5:48 you can see the x button pop up when hes shooting the r9 in the hall way
I like how the cheaters and rollers look exactly the same :) Super easy to tell MnK from Roller. MnK needs to manually aim.
Healing against a door is no issue on roller. You just run into problems when trying to revive or reload bc revive, reload, and interact are all the same button. Heals are a different bind
did anyone notice at 3:32, Kandy is explaining something, but on screen, dead center, it says 'Ping" with middle mouse button LOL
i swear my healing and interact button are completely different so idk how its hard to heal on doors
BTW that clip near the end with the valk in endgame messed up. After it said apex champions you could see the icon to press down d-pad for quip or emote.

You can def heal next to doors on controller. It’s up dpad to heal not x/square
on the 6th one it messed up a bit n u were able to see the controller
As a controller player I can tell you that healing at doors is super easy it's reviving that is hard

healing on a door is perfectly possible on roller lol, you use up on d pad to heal
The main differences between mnk and roller is that controllers need to rely on different play styles compared to mnk, im a roller and usually how both approach fights.

i can tell instantly in a fight. if it happens too fast and i die it's controller or cheats, if it felt like there was a back-and-forth it was mnk.
i like how everytime someone missed they went to MNK witch is true with how strong aim assist is in this game
aim assist ain't that good, i mainly play on pc but i have played a good bit on console and it really isn't that strong.

@@Wizwakaim assist is not that good that's half switched to controller. Hal is better on mnk you can ever will be but he switched to controller
people switch to controller because they like playing on controller, not because it's better

Controller does stuff keyboard can’t do and keyboard does stuff controller can’t do. Makes it easy to tell if they do any of those things
