Brother you forgot to mention that you have to maintain recommended Tyre pressure for optimum efficiency According to my opinion you can churn the best mileage from the bike if You stay at 500 to 1000 Rpm below the bike's maximum torque delivery for example if a bike reaches its peak torque at 7500 Rpm you must stay below 7000 rpm for the bike to deliver optimum mileage Hope this helps
thank you :) ur reviews are honest & meaningful :) if i come in hyderabad in future then will meet :) take care god bless & ride safe :) in ur style :P
Narration of the experiences was awesome. I am beginner learning to ride a motorcycle and planning to buy one. I learn a lot from your videos. Thank you.
Good one to watch and understand, very clear to understand and adapt....very much useful for all segment bikes...just i need to add one point as I have a learnt a lot from watching your videos..... # To clean the front shock absorber and rear monoshock absorber,at regular intervals to prevent shock absorber oil seal...which many of the bikes get worn out or breaks...due to sand and dust particles. # To clean front and rear disc at regular intervals to prevent the break pads and disc too... Thanks a lot once again for all your informative technical and review video's....🥰🏍️
If u cruise @ low engine rpm Means -->Stress on Gears are more! For Engine it's like opening door by applying force near the Hinge! That's why Stalling the bikes will wear the Gears
Ashok Karki let's say u hav 2 gears one small ,another being large lets say input gear(smaller) is rotating slower and u mesh it against larger one it's tough for slowly rotating pinion when compared pinion is @ high rpm When u stall ur bike ur Gears are under stress sorry for being technical! (MECHANICAL Engg.)
you have to agree, when it comes to fuel efficiency, Honda Unicorn is the Champ. And on My Honda Dazzler, i even got around 70kmpl on highways with 80+speed. Still getting 55+kmpl in city rides.
Very useful tips and a good video bro..I'm one of the 1st owners of the Apache RTR 200 in Bangalore. I haven't taken it for long trips so far. But your opinion about the bike is tempting me to go for a road trip soon. I mostly ride in city and get a mileage of around 33 to 34kmpl. The top speed I have achieved is 119kmph. Couldn't go beyond that because of wind blast. The lack of fairing makes the bike is little wobbly post 115km. But that is expected from a streetfighter. And as you said, it is so refined and vibe free even at three digit speeds. TVS had made one gem of an engine and a very potent chasis. I am so happy that I made the right choice of choosing TVS Apache RTR 200. 😊
Great video bro. You are one of the reason to make me buy RTR 200. Just one more video needed to see from you, Comparison between 200 CC bikes. Mostly RS vs RTR. I have seen 150 category bikes Comparison & that was good, Very good.
as always good informative vdo thnks keep up the good wrk and take care of urself as we are wa8ing 4 ur videos eagerly our good wishes are always with u buddy
dino I think this might also help in fuel saving 1)fueling before sunrise or after (before 6 am or after 8pm) 2) air pressure 28and 32 (without pillion) 30 and 35(with pillion) it may change sightly according to the bike
Hi Dino, I'm a fan of Apache series great job with the vlogs. Looking forward for Apache RR 310 Video from you with questions like the bike maintainance cost and long-term ownership review. Would be really grateful to u. ✌🏻
Hi Dino. Your reviews are awesome! I recently purchased Honda Hornet 160R. Since i dont have engine kill switch i off the bike in signal by releasing CLUTCH. So is that safe??? Does it damages Engine??
Thank you so much, Dino! The tips in the video, mentioned by you, would be pretty helpful. I'm looking forward to buy the Apache Rtr 200 4v. Could you please suggest if I should wait for the ABS to come to sales? For it's not available right now and is being expected to hit the markets by March, 2017. I'll prefer the carburettor version, with TVS Tyres (for more durability and acceptably decent grip). Should I wait for ABS?
good job bro 👌nice tips keep it up. Some people won't change disk pad and drum shoe regularly it may cause poor braking and damage of Drum and disk plate.
Hi Dino Sir, I've an Apache rtr 200. The recommended Engine oil grade for this bike is 10W30. The TVS True4 synthetic oil is not that good but we have not much option in this grade in the Indian market. I don't know why Motul, Shell etc does not supply 10W30 synthetic e. oil in our market. I've used Honda Throttle 10W30 fully synthetic in my honda bikes. It's a low cost and at least better than TVS True synthetic oil. Can I use it in my Apache rtr 200 4V also? The specifications are same as recommended for Apache rtr 200. Please suggest.
Hi Dino, I see you mention to use Engine Braking than regular braking. I did try to use them. But in traffic and all, it isn't helping. Do you recommend them only at highways and long stretches? Or do you use it all the time?
Hi Dino, i m planning to buy a used gixxer which is a 2015 model blue color and 28k done on odo. periodically serviced at ASC. the vehicle is neat though. what's your opinion about owning it????
HELLO DINO PLEASE UPLOAD DETAILED VIDEO WHILE RIDING FOR ROYAL ENFIELD SQUADRON BLUE. CAN U PLS TELL ME WHERE CAN I DO CERAMIC COATING ON IT IN DELHI. THANKS
Here's my detailed walkaround of the RE Classic 500 Squadron Blue th-cam.com/video/b-7Fmu5Pr1s/w-d-xo.html Please message me on FB, I will give you the number whom you can contact.
Can you please give more information about the RTR 200's rear wheel wobble post 120kmph? Is it like that on all RTR 200 bikes? Or if it is an issue with just this bike? What was causing it?
This is the only bike I took to beyond 120 kmph. The other first ride bike I had to taken to around 100 kmph, so unsure whether it is with every bike. The wobble might also have to do with the tyre tread pattern sometimes.
+Dino's Valut I am from Chennai and own gixxer SF .. I believe using the clutch while slowing down and breaking will result in less fuel consumption than using engine braking to reduce the speed.. because when I downshift, blip and release the clutch the bike revs go UP, so more revs means more fuel consumption right... Please correct me if something is wrong...
I mentioned that we need to use the clutch when we need to stop quickly bro. There are some cases where we can slow down leisurely, but still we use the clutch, you can avoid it in such scenarios.
ha ha ha, I know you guys would point out, but as per company guys, this bike's piston gets Nano FriKs coating - a combination of nano particles, binder, solid lubricant and additives. Company guys say, run-in period isn't necessary for this bike. Either ways, the bike I rode is one month old with 1st service being done and I think we've gone past 1k kms as well.

Hi Dino. Your reviews are awesome!
I recently purchased Honda Hornet 160R. Since i dont have engine kill switch i off the bike in signal by releasing CLUTCH.

Ur Tips are very helpful I appreciate it, thank you so much.
Can you please mention gear:speed ratios for bikes above 200 cc?
Hi Dino, I see you mention to use Engine Braking than regular braking. I did try to use them. But in traffic and all, it isn't helping. Do you recommend them only at highways and long stretches? Or do you use it all the time?

How to get more mileage on a newly brought bike
And which speed we should maintain for first 3 servies gixxer
amazing video sir .just one question is rtr comfortable for long distance abt 500km or avenger 220 street is better in this regard ?
RTR can be comfortable if you plan your ride well by taking intermittent breaks. For long distance touring, Cruise 220 is a better option.
