Adding my personal experience with Kranos helmet which I am using for the last 2 months. Quantity is excellent but there are few things that one should know. The visor does get scratches and not exactly scratch less. It also gets foogy so take care while riding. It does not have an extra sun visor. So riding in sunny condition for extended hours does strain the eyes. Apart from these shortcomings the helmet is excellent at this price point and available in a variety of designs

one of the best helmets...i survived a pretty bad crash at over 120 when this helmet saved my life and i didn't get a single scratch on my head and neck
I have been using the Kranos helmet for more than a year now and it is the best in quality VS price segment. The only issue though is the visor open (not remove) mechanism, it is tough to open single handed when riding.
i own a kranos helmet, i got it around 9 months back , to be honest it is really an awesome looking helmet and the quality is really good. nice review tho :D

I have the Imola Future Green. My only issue is that it's too loud and my i can actually kiss the front part of the helmet, the fitment elsewhere is nice.

It don't have isi certified so cops can catch?
Make a ISI sticker, the fools won't be able to recognize if it's fake or original
bro yesterday r15 rider died on Coimbatore race track as MT(empty!) helmet cracked open and failed to protect. plz think twice before buying one. i doubt the dot printed on it

Lalith Kiran when racing u need to buy helmets that have sharp rating .. mt axis series are street helmets.. as an eg:it is difficult to go running in boots but easier in gym shoes . same concept..

Its not the speed that matters. I am recovering from an accident in which I was travelling only 40 kmph. The tumble I took also did damage my helmet .but since I had a sharp rating on my Mt blade I know it did save my life.
There is also no guarantee that an helmet will protect you from all crashes.
what about Balaclava? Buddy.....Can you suggest the best available in our market.

Cost is a factor just for the sake of worth of this 3750 Kranos as opposed to mid 1500-2000 range of isi helmets..

hey dino i have a Axor helmet, the one you wear it too. I want to change the visor for it but was unsuccessful in it. Can you please guide me through how to do that and also where could i buy a good new visor for it.

You can still be fined or pulled over by cops as these are not ISI certified. The chances are low but are there. What is the best ISI certified full face helmet you recommend?
Studds shifter is a decent value for money ISI certified helmet.

Isn't it not mandatory for all helmets to be BSI certified to be sold in India. One traffic cop told me that if the helmet does not carry BSI IS:4151 certification then the rider can be penalized of violation rules.
